Ok, so I tried this place out for a second time and now I am extremely pissed off. My husband and I took the kids for some "Sonic Blast" last night and Why??? were there "2 hairs" embedded in my own Oreo Butterfinger Sonic Blast when I got home to take the top off of the cup to put my spoon into my ice cream. Smdh!!! I mean really, come on!!! I doesnt take a scientist to make a cup of ice cream without someones nasty freaking hair in it. Just Disgusting....Yuck!! I called up to the store to speak with a manager to tell them about my Sonic Blast having hair in it and a gentleman answered the phone advising that he was the manager and after I told him about my Sonic Blast he apologized along with offering to replace my Sonic Blast. But at this point I told him that I didnt want anymore ice cream and to have his staff to wear hair nets.

If I could give negative stars I would. This Sonic had really fallen off. Besides maintenance there are not enough employees. We just waited 15 minutes just to place our order. Then 30 more waiting for our "fast" good that never came. While there we saw 8 card pull away because they couldnt place their order or never got their food. In the 45 minutes that we were there we actually saw 3 parked cars receive their order and two of those were returned because they were incorrect. The only people getting service were the ones in the drive- thru. If this is how your going to run your establishment why not just close the stalls and stick to drive- thru orders, or close down completely. You lost money on food that was probably prepared and wasnt delivered and you lost lots of customers today.

My receipt doesnt say the cashiers name but hopefully someone will relay the review to her. Dear young lady in the drive thru on 8/27/16 @ 6:25pm. Its said that kindness is a language which the deaf can hear and the blind can see. My day was made brighter by your simple act of kindness. If your manners say anything about you as a person and I believe they do, I hope you go far in life. ~Sincerely, from the person whose best part of their day was getting Sonic for dinner Update: May have been the manager on duty, I guess this means Im not the only one who sees her potential :)

I will not visit this Sonic again. The first time I went through the drive thru I drove off after sitting there 15 minutes and they didnt have my order ready. They were very slow so not sure why it took so long. Another car came up behind me after 10 minutes of waiting and he got his order first so I drove off. The second time I went it took forever to get my food and they werent busy this time either. When I left I realized they got my order wrong. There was a week between the first visit and second visit... I said screw it and gave up on this Sonic!! Its horrible!!

Waited 20 minutes in line for my order and drove all the way home to find out it was wrong. They had awful customer service from the get go. Yelling at coworker in the back while at the window, being childish and talking on the phone. When we called to let them know they hung up. So we called again And when we went back to get the correct order they were very slow waited another 15 or more minutes to get that. And guess what.. it was still wrong they kept giving us a burger instead of a spicy chicken sandwich. But eventually they did make it right. .

The new manager came out and talk told me they was under new management. Everything went good until I got home. I ordered the new garlic chicken meal with a Reese shake instead of the drink. A extra tot and a small snickers shake. I was missing the extra tot. And chicken was hard. Lost receipt called the next morning and the female manager told me aint nothing she can do about it. This will be my last time visiting this place, they dont care about their customers, and I didnt even get a apology about their mistake. God bless

Every good review about this place has to be fake. Twice this week my fiancé and I have tried to come here and we left after 30 mins of waiting. Literally 0 service. And Itd be alright I guess(?) if it just happened once or twice, but its actually very often we have said "lets give this another go..." but then we end up going to Wendys for him and McDonalds for me and Im SO sick of your $#!% Sonic. We are surprised this place is still open after so long of such $#!%

We ordered 3shakes and 1 small order of cheese sticks during the half price time but needless to say that dont ask you what size because the automatically give you the largest size so it really doesnt seem like its half price. Our food took 38 min the manger expressed his regret and gave us one free small slushy for the next visit.WOW.be visiting that sonic again..terrible .

Got there by 10:50 pm and was told they were done taking orders. The posted closing time for it is 11 pm. All lights were shut down and pulled up to the drive through and was told by the lady working that the griddle and window was already shut down. If you say you close at 11, THEN YOU SHOULD CLOSE AT 11...NOT WHEN YOU DECIDE YOU WANNA GO HOMETIME ALREADY.

Will not go back to this location. We have been 2 times service was horrible. The wait time was unheard of both times. The last time was 45 mins for 2 milkshakes . Talk to the General manager about the problem and she act like she didnt care. If other people are treated like this they will start losing business to the Dairy Queen down the street .

Sooo f***ing disgusting went there for lemonade and got a cup of garage in my cup basically. Hair, cardboard and whatever that red stuff is. Like they literally scooped ice off the floor and put it into my cup also im pregnant so these bastards better pray i dont get sick. Wont EVER be going there again!!!

Came to this location a week or so ago and I was very excited for hopefully better service since new ordering menus were installed. I WAS WRONG. The girl taking my order could not get it right to the point that I just gave up and drove away from the ordering booth.

Got our order completely wrong! Had to sit over 30 min waiting for food! Spoke with a manger and agreed to replace it! Came in next day and had to argue with them to get them to replace it and again had to wait over 30 min! Horrible manager and customer service!!

The sevice was horrible....my food was cold so i went back and ask could they remake the order and they acted like they did and when i cheked it again it was the same food i asked to be replaced i mean did they actually think i wasnt going to check it again....

Every single time we come here our order has been wrong. One time we ordered food and got our food but got anothers person ticket. Came again got two drinks, both wrong.... I mean is it really that difficult?! No. Im done with this location for good.
