Ive been a loyal customer of this restaurant since the beginning. Ive never had a problem until tonight. My 12yr old daughter ordered Sesame Chicken Combo with Le Mein noodles. After eating most of the meal, she shows me a PIECE OF METAL (not one of the staples they use to close the box)!!! This metal looks to be a piece of the metal scrubbers they use to clean the woks! She luckily bit it and felt it before swallowing it and possibly it tearing her esophagus, stomach, or intestines. When I called to complain, the woman, who was not the owner, said she didnt understand what the problem was. Really? How about there was a piece of metal in the food that could have caused severe harm!? THATS a problem!

Yesterday, my husband had me order Chinese and although I had another place in mind we ordered from New China because they are closer. My daughter and I each got a small order of lo mein, mine was the house special and hers was chicken. My husband, along with his meal, got shrimp fried rice. The lo mein was disgusting I stopped eating mine and my daughter picked at hers. The shrimp, in both the rice and lo mein, tasted like they werent cleaned properly or either they were close to expiring. Either way they definitely werent fresh. I was completely disappointed (& somewhat disgusted) and will never eat here again.

The food is hit or miss, mostly miss. They keep increasing their prices and decreasing their portions. Also the cleanliness of the workers is questionable. I saw a cook leave the restroom and immediately start cooking, at that point I left. Royal Palace is a much better option for chinese food in the area.

Good food, but they suck at answering the phone. I want to call in, as Im driving there. I get put on hold, and then wait on hold for more than 5 minutes. Walk in and there is no one in the place.

Im from New York and its hard to find a place that serves whole chicken wings. I keep it simple pork fried rice and chicken wings. New China has hit the spot for me.

The food is good when I get through. Dont answer the phone much, and apparently they are now CLOSED on Mondays. Called and told me they were closed.
