Before tonight i have always given Burger King a good review. However, tonight was the WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD AT ANY FAST FOOD RESTAURANT!!! The drive thru cashier was so rude. He snatched the money from us, without saying a word. No hello, no thank u, he didnt even tell us how much the order was. Then when the food was ready... He opened the window and SHOVED the food into my hands. He then SLAMMED THE WINDOW and walked off. Both my husband and i wondered what was the problem. Why was he being so rude? So i called the store and asked for the manager. He was also very rude and refused me the corporate number and info of the DM. He then hung up on me. After calling back 3 times... He tjen picked up the 4th try. He told me that "I" was being "rude!" I really wasnt... He then hung up again. I CAN NOT BELIEVE THE AWFUL SERVICE THAT WAS PRESENTED TO US!

Horrible customer service, it isnt easy to mess up the quality of a fast food order but believe me theyve made it into an art. The assistant manager whoever her name may be. Has literally ruined my day not just because she couldnt comprehend adding bacon to my order without pricing me for another sandwich, but her manners were that of a prepackaged sponge. Not even calling my order number nor thanking me for fueling her funding for whatever vice has its grip upon her. Yet when an older (not gonna beat around the bush here. White) gentleman entered the establishment oh me oh my how she turned into the burger queen. I asked for no pickles and you gave them to me I hope you enjoy scraping there now dehydrated selves off the table of your putrid establishment.

Asked if they had coke or Pepsi products, they said coke so I asked for a cherry coke. Pulled up to the window and received a Coke icee after paying for my meal because apparently they dont serve cherry coke. I didnt order an icee, and was displeased because I would not have ordered a drink if this had been communicated to me before I paid for my meal. I was the only customer at the window, yet had to pull forward after that drink situation and still wait over five minutes--just for two double cheeseburgers, ketchup only.

Got my order wrong on 2 separate occasions. Had to make 4 trips to get what I should have gotten the first time and when I called to let them know my order was wrong there was no apology. They acted like I was trying to get something for free. Very unprofessional. I wont be going back.

They left my order sitting behind the counter for a unknown length of time. They had forgotten my order. I had to go back up to the counter and ask where my food was. When i recieved my food it was lukewarm and the veggies did not taste fresh.

First the cashier Yuliana was rude while placing the order in the drive thru. Her response was oh my god ughh. And the cooks gave the order wrong. The only thing that i accredit them for was the hot fries. Will not be going back for a while.
