I have always loved Donatos, however the last 3 orders from the Middletown location have been lack-luster. I ordered in the store and waited, I was told 10 minutes, it took 25 and I ate it within 5 minutes and it was cold. The 3 cheese garlic bread was always served with marinara, its the best, but when I opened my food there was none. I called the store to inquire, I was told you now have to ask and pay for it. Im suggesting that if an item used to be served one way and the company changes it, the employees should mention that and ask if you would like marinara with it. I would happily have paid for some, but expecting something and getting home to eat only to find out that there is nothing to dip my bread in & that if I wanted it I would need to go back to the store and buy it it just a sorry policy towards your customers. Total fail Donatos. This location needs some improvement, thats the last time I order from there.

If I could rate this location in the negative I would. The people working there did not know what white pizza was. I was also staying at a hotel literally 2.3 miles away from their location and they refused to deliver. I contacted their location 11 miles away and they delivered but the person I spoke with had very poor English. He was sweet enough but I had to repeat myself several times. This would not have been an issue however it was my credit card I had to repeat and that made me very nervous. When my food arrived it was cold and undercooked, the receipt was unreadable without any total on it making it unable to use for business purposes on taxes This restaurant has proven that when you go from mom and pop to chain franchise the service lacks. Corporate america has forgotten how important good customer service is to people.

While I do not eat from this restaurant, My child was trying cross the road after getting off the bus and one of there drivers came flying down the road and almost hit my daughter (8 yrs old). i yelled and the bus driver honked but they kept going. I called to to tell the store about this incident and she rudely informed me that it was not a he it was a she. I told her I didnt care they almost hit my child and all that was said was " I will talk to her about it and see". I use to deliver pizzas myself I know that you can be in a hurry but when you see a bus stopped then OBEY the laws like everyone else. There is a reason it is a law. As for the experience I had with Management, She was rude and unconcerned about my call.

My first time having donatos was in centerville/miamisburg off of 725. It was amazing. The crust was thin and crispy and the toppings like bell peppers would have a char ring and be flavorful, not quite completely cooked. That is how I knew donatos for a long time and went to that location a lot. I dont know the exact reason why this donatos or others are different. I assume they need higher over temp and quicker transit time in the oven or maybe it needs cleaned. I always have my oven maxed at 500 degrees before I even receive their pizza to help correct the situation. Without this they are just mediocre pizza

Just got my pizza and they could not even cut it all the way, they only cut one direction so now I have 6 long strips. My 3 cheese garlic bread did not come with anything to dip into. This is my favorite pizza place and is has gotten progesively worsee at this location. Im not happy with the service at this location. The last 3 times Ive ordered they have messed something up and Im not willing to call again because the manager there is very rude.

Ordered 2 large was told 45 minutes took a hour and half to get my delivery, then thought i would try one more time and placed a order for a noon delivery for a office meeting, pizza still wasnt delivered by 1 when I called to cancel was told driver just left with my order, took 35 more minutes before he got here with cold food, Im less than a mile from the restaurant. Will be the last time I waist my time and $. should have called Dominos

They had canceled the order and never once bothered to contact me (yes, they had my number). Of course, when asking them to redeliver I received a "sorry, were closing soon and we have other orders..." Are you f***ing kidding me? Trust me, LaRosas is just up the street. I wont make the same mistake twice.

Living in south Louisiana for the last 10 years I have really missed the flavor the taste the texture the combinations toppings...Ive missed this place. The best thin crust pizza money can buy and I would recommend the classic Trio the best pizza that theyve ever made. No Frills no fuss very good pizza at very competitive prices - we need one in Louisiana!

The people there are very stupid, have order delivery there several times then tonight all of a sudden they dont deliver to my address. I live less than a mile from them, when told they have delivered before the person on the phone was very snotty in replying well on the computer is show we dont. Well you can count on not having my business anymore.

Ordered a lg pep pizza and lg chicken mari. And both were delivered completely destroyed. Looked like they were turned upside down. Driver also didnt have a receipt for me to sign or to keep. Terrible service. Will not order from here again.

Pizza good as always, but its NEVER ready on time. Online said 5:47. Got it 5:57. Why have a pickup time if you dont follow it!?! Its every time. Will be doing other pizza places from now on...
