If you want superb, excellent, consistent Italian food, check out Roma in Duluth, GA. By far one of the best Italian restaurants in the metro-Atlanta area. Ive been seeking good, authentic Italian food since I moved here 20-years ago. I am thrilled to have Roma in the Berkeley Lake/Duluth neighborhood! Romas sauce is exactly like my father-in-laws...who is from Italy & the best Italian chef Ive ever met! I think Ive finally found a restaurant that rivals my familys cooking. Since Roma opened, this is our weekly go-to spot. My sons (who are typical picky kids) beg for Romas pizza. The pizza is made in an imported brick oven from Italy...this is the real deal! The kids have huge appetites & one pizza more than fills them up (we even have enough left over to bring home). The food portions are huge & the prices are very affordable. Every dish that Ive had is flavorful & delicious. Did I mention the garlic knots? The desserts? There arent enough words to describe how much we love Romas food! This IS authentic Italian food. To get anymore authentic...youre going to have to get on an airplane & visit Italy :) The staff is always courteous, prompt & greets my family with a warm welcome. The Owner is there 7-days a week & works very hard. Its a family owned & operated casual Italian restaurant. Theyre pouring their heart & soul into Roma & you can tell. ENJOY this gem!

A great option for Italian food. Friendly staff and some delicious food. Came here for lunch and was impressed. The restaurant it located in side the Publix shopping center. It can be easily missed as it located more in the Peachtree Industrial side entrance. The décor of ROMA is classy and modern. Seating is spread out with options to outside on their patio as well. The menu is similar to most Italian restaurants. Your choices range anywhere from pasta dishes to pizza/flatbreads. The portion size are generous and will definitely leave you satisfied. Maybe a little too much. There are plenty of Italian restaurants in the area to be honest. So its tough to stand out. ROMA may not be the very best but its definitely better than the average. Not too expensive and just the right price for what youre asking for. Dont take my word, try it yourself and find out!

After seeing the positive reviews/high rating, I was excited to try this place out. Unfortunately, it turned out to be disappointing :( Granted, the people at the front were very nice. Our server said the bare minimum and wasnt very customer oriented/friendly. I went with the Shrimp Mama Theresa. Flavorless. Bland. Anything but delicious. Even the bread they brought to the table was dry, hard, and tasteless. We may have been served the bread that was leftover from the day before or lunch earlier that day. I saw a waiter bring another table a basket of bread. It looked much better than ours: looked buttery and seasoned well with parm cheese. Looks like they could have been fresh out of the oven. Ours didnt even look buttered. Husband had the marsala and said it was ehh. Well, sadly to say, I have no plans to return.

HEAR YE!!! HEAR YE!!! This place is phenomenal. I visited here on the recommendation of Yelp!! It is nestled in the midst of several shops in a well populated area. Upon walking in, I was greeted by a nice man with a very mesmerizing Italian accent (ooh la la!) He seated us and gave us a little history about the restaurant. This restaurant is family owned and originated in NY from true Italian descendants. This was very impressive. I ordered the Santorini (sp). It was absolutely amazing. My friend had shrimp fettucine alfredo and she loved it as well. The service was good. I will definitely return. The lunch prices are very reasonable. Please be sure to stop by and try this place. You will NOT be disappointed.

My food was amazing, I had a red sauce shrimp dish and added the homemade sausages...OMG. My son and his friend ordered the bake ziti and bake ravioli and I had the tarimsu for desser. Thank you Brooklyn for sending ROMA to Duluth, Ga. This place may replace my favorite spot..Vintage Pizza. Oh, they also make homemade pizzas from an authentic fire oven...crazy good. You must try, I never ever right reviews...but cant believe how amazing the food ROMA is quietly dishes up. Thank you guys and please keep up the goodness.

Roma is the BOMB! Ill be back for sure! We were craving Italian and Google pulled up a place that I have not seen before in my own neighborhood. Biting into that garlic knot dipped in the delicious sauce I was done! There was none left for anyone else! Portion size are huge and the food is amazing. Everything we eat had me feeling like I went back home to NYC. Even the Frank Sinatra music in the background. Great place, no wait, kid friendly, staff was amazing :)

Try Roma for tasty homemade Italian food with the owner always there to greet you. The soups are wholesome, the entrees are over the top and always a desert ( I like to eat my later at home). I think the portions are generous enough for leftovers for most diners. I myself look forward to yet another meal the following day. A welcomed restaurant that will make you return again to try yet another entree. When it opened we ate there four times that week!

Greeted at the door and seated by the owner. The waiter was pleasant and laid back, and actually cared about our experience. The gentleman who cooked the pizza made sure it was how I wanted it when it was brought to the table. You could wear a suit, or shorts, and fit in here. The place was full on this Saturday night which is a testament to what a nice little find it is. Will be back.

Pretty bad service. Drinks were empty too often. Pizza was pretty good, but the rest of the food was unimpressive. Veal was a shockingly small portion, literally five or six small bites for $13. The staff was very friendly. If youre looking for just pizza and dont mind waiting or extremely plain decor, it could be fine, but I dont intend to go back.

I really enjoyed the food here, but the great thing was the price. I totally pigged out with the remains of my per diem, which seems to have been set in the 1950s. The only downside to the experience was slow service. It was early, and our server was doubling as the bartender, so his time was divided.
