I used to work for this company not this location. Several times this place has let me down. The first time they said they ran out of fries. I used to work in a very busy chick-fil-a I assure you we never ran out of fries. Whoever is or was doing inventory clearly doesnt know how. Then the past THREE times I have order chicken biscuits they gave me a little tiny piece of chicken in them, at my location we wouldnt even serve these kind of pieces to customers. It was mostly just bread. Very dissapointed I paid hard earned money I expect a decent chicken biscuit. I gave them plenty of chances to redeem themselves. Thankfully Bojangles has opened up on my way to work I stop there and get what I expect, a real chicken biscuit. Thank you Bojangles.

Arrived this morning at 10:45 and sat in drive thru line until 10:55. When I tried to place my breakfast order, I was told they are no longer serving breakfast. I had called to make sure they were serving it until 11:00 before I drove there. The employee said they had been busy and were now only serving lunch. I told him I had waited in the line for about 10 minutes and didnt want lunch. No offer of anything to make me happy. I called on the way to another restaurant and spoke to the manager. He basically said the same thing but added that they did have a few breakfast items left. I was already at Dunkin Donuts at that point. Manager didnt offer anything to make me happy such as a free breakfast later. Wont be back.

Usually a very clean and friendly Chick-fil-A. They bring food to your table after you order, and this one has a service for families where you can order and pay at the drive through line, then come inside and they will have your table set up with the kids placemat and everything. Good for families because of the placemats, sanitizer, and healthy options. One trick I learned is that you can customize the fruit cup for the kids. My young children couldnt eat the apples, do we could order just oranges, strawberries, and blueberries! If you want, you can also trade in the kids toy for an ice dream.

I am a big fan of Chick-fil-A but unfortunately this particular location was very disappointing, I went around the drive thru, My first bad impression was with the Latino lady, I asked her if they had a trash can and she simply responded that they didnt and there was nothing she could do about my foam cup. I went ahead with my order and away I went. When I realized my chicken nuggets werent fully cook and my coffee had oil in it, I had to drive all the way back to get my money back. I really dont understand how someone that does this on the daily basis mess up so bad. Very disappointing.

Only CFA Ive ever been to with horrible restrooms. No soap (but someone set a bottle next to the sink) no paper towels, no toilet paper (but someone left a roll next to the sink also, so it was soaked and useless and not where its needed), clogged toilets, dirty stalls. End of the day is no excuse for this since employees have clearly walked in and set the items where it was convenient for them. I wouldve told someone inside, but I was busy walking my toddler out with dripping hands, and no one answered the phone. Not overly impressed with service at this location either.

My friends come here every week with their family and have been doing so for years. This place has polite and helpful service. And obviously theyre happy with the food since they keep coming back. I tried one of their newer items - a broccoli kale salad. It had been very lightly steamed and was already dressed with a mild vinaigrette and dried cherries. It also came with almonds and walnuts. It had such a fresh crunch and simple flavor that was really refreshing. I also got some fries and Chick-Fil-A sauce because how can you not? This place always hits the spot!!

11:15 am on Thursday and the chicken sandwich I ordered is stale and tastes like it has been sitting in a warmer and its barely warm!!!! Just what does it take to get a fresh, hot sandwich served the way Truett Cathy promised? I just dont think it is possible for chic fail a to serve a fresh sandwich and if they want to be fair then they should be offering the stale sandwiches at a discount cause Im sure not getting what I paid for. A smiling face will only get you so far. How about focusing on quality control.

The owner forbids employees to take sick leave without a doctors note. Not all contagious illnesses warrant a doctors visit. Not all employees can afford frivolous doctor visits. The policy encourages sick employees to handle the food. I was surprised because Chick-fil-a is known to treat employees and customers well. Call this location and tell the owner you want his sick policy revised to preserve the safety of the customers and the employees.

They have a tendency to forget to give you straws at the drive through and I have almost never received the toppings for salads including the dressing if you use the drive through. Too many young kids that dont pay attention at this location. This is extremely close to schools but the place place is outdoors so if there is inclement weather kids cant play. The staff is friendly but management really needs to train them better

Place is always packed during lunch time, not necessarily a bad thing. Good for business. However me and my wife go and her order 2 out of 3 times is wrong. We asked it to be fixed but its a waste of time. Remember most of us have a limited amount of time during a lunch break. Hope they reduce theyre mistakes.

I dont usually write reviews for fast food. This was my first time at a Chick-fil-a. The staff are friendly and even helpful. Everyone was polite. The food was great too. If all their restaurants are ran like this one I can see why so many people rave about them.

Incompetent location. From ordering at drive thru to getting my food, took 20 minutes. At 10:40am, a time that was not busy at all. Everyone in front of me was handed the wrong meal.. 3 people were handed MY food. 1 star for competency, 3 stars because they were nice.

Excellent service, as always! I went during the lunch hour rush and very minimal wait to place and receive my order. Friendly service staff kept checking to see if I needed drink refills or anything in addition to taking my tray of trash and emptying it for me. T

if this place opened on sunday, and if they improved their breakfast menu a bit, the macdonalds up peachtree industrial would go out of business in a month. sorry, but you cant beat the kind of service you find here. worth even the longest lunch hour wait!

Like most Chick-fil-As, its run by children. They forgot half of our order, gave a lethargic attitude the entire time even in the drive thru, and when we came back to fix the order they acted as if it was such a hassle for them.
