FIRST AND LAST TIME! I came in and had never ordered before. I saw the boston bowl in the picture (mashed potatos with gravy and chicken) and it looked good. They guy stood waiting for me to continue ordering and it was such a confusion. He said it came with two sides so I thought wow great. I ordered macaroni & cheese and stuffing. WELL he could have been a little bit more clear that you build your bowl. I understand I should have read it better but he made me feel so uncomfortable. Apart from that The manager was so rude. I asked for a side of cornbread and he told me "Its not included in your meal." I understood that hence the word side my order was wrong in the end and I am probably never going back. FIRST AND LAST TIME!!!

Order 1 whole rotisserie chickens and 1 rotisserie chicken family meal was gave cut up chicken with the skin missing. One container had a 6 piece the other had two breast and two wings. Ordered 3 sides and my Mac n cheese was all over the top of the container. I asked for two different hens. The cook and cashier had an attitude about me asking for two different hens verses cut up piese of chicken. And asked her to clean off the top of the Mac n cheese container top she didnt clean it off she placed napkins on it and placed it back in my bag.. I usually go to the one in Sandy Springs and have no problems. Very upset with this location.

I placed an order online and it was not ready for pickup. Had to wait an extra 30 minutes for order. The manager was extremely rude and treated me like I was an inconvenience. Was very disappointed because I love there food. There customer service sucks. I even called corporate office to complain and was told I would personally get a call from the manager to apologize, but that never happened. Would not ever recommend someone to spend at a place where they dont value their customers. They lost a customer forever. I even recommend my job not to cater from them and the other pharmaceutical reps to no longer order from them.

I had a coupon for buy one get one free on the four piece chicken strip meal and one whole chicken they charged me for 2 meals and didnt take off for the free one and charged me for the drink which was included in the meal wow what a rip off plus I told them they were wrong didnt get me anywhere

All the staff is so nice, Great food, great price. Online survey coupon gives you a discount. Two can eat for less than $15.00, plus they give you a buy one get one free for Saturdays. Two can now eat for less than $8.00. They know my family and treat us with such kind regard..

Horrible customer service! The employees are looking at the time every 2 minutes. When you interrupt them asking for a clean for because your kid dropped his fork is like asking them to give you their salary. I am for sure not going back. Can I give minus 4 stars?

Doug the Manager at this location, very rude to customers. Its not worth going here to eat. Doug creates a hostile environment. Food is not that great. Other Boston Market employees seem to be on pins and needles because of this bad manager.

BM has become a little pricey but I was able to use an online coupon to make it a good value. Picked up my order and ate in the store. Food was fresh and staff were friendly and attentive. Will add to my rotation of lunch spots to eat at.
