I recently visited this place with my guy, and man - amazing Szechuan flavors! Our food was delicious from the first bite to the last. Some reviewers complained about the service and/or wait, but we had no issues with either. The chef actually wasnt there when we first sat down (they open at 11:30 on Saturday, and we walked in about 11:20), but in about 20 minutes we had all of our dishes. The food was fresh, spicy, and so full of flavor. We had a fried chicken dish, a dry hot pot chicken dish, and the dry fried eggplant. Every dish was deliciously addictive with the numbing sensation from the Szechuan peppercorns. Id say go early to avoid long waits or crowds if that worries you. Well will definitely back to try more dishes. Cant wait!

I dont give stars easily (4/5). 5 would take more than exceptional food, which it was...maybe as good as it gets like a Michelin rating. But all the dishes were distinguished and different, exceeding expectations. Our server was informed and prompt. I recommend several fish dishes, Kung Pao Chicken (original and a little fiery), and definitely the Dry Pot Ribs . Just dont breathe in the aroma of the latter: the vapor was so hot that even our server choked a little! But the flavor was worth it: we had the rare experience of the super hot dish spiced so well that we could taste new flavors even through the 5 alarm heat, we were prepared and it was great.

I fell in love with the authentic Szechuan cooking I found in Tasty China in Marietta while I was going to school there. Now that I live in Doraville, I have a new place to get my peppercorn fix! I think the restaurants are very comparable, I dont know what the other reviewers agendas are, both serve excellent food. There are only two staff, but they were attentive, my food came in an acceptable timeframe and I always had drink. So happy my friends recommended this place to me, they know me well. Please be aware that the wait can be up to 90 minutes if the place is full.

It took a good 30+ minutes for our food to come out but it was worth the wait. We had a group of five so we ordered four different dishes and shared everything, we got the dong po pork, kung pao chicken, cumin beef and bok choy. Everything was excellent and tasted very fresh, but everyones favorite was the dong po pork. It was a good amount of food for the five of us, but next time we would probably order another meat plate in place of the bok choy. Would definitely go back again.

I read a whole lot of reviews before checking them out. Overly spicy and salty. I ordered a hot pot beef, the extreme numbing spice, grease and saltiness make my stomach sick for few days. Be careful for folks who are having trouble with the real szechuan spiciness and greasiness. I would not recommend it . We went in on Thursday and it wasnt pack but the preparation time from taking order to serving our first simple Tan Tan Noodle took about 45 minutes. Sighhhhh................

Very good food but dont be in a hurry. I like coming here because the food is awesome. Just keep in mind that the entire restaurant is run by a husband and wife duo so the service is slow- get over it. There are only a few tables so theres almost always a slight wait. Dont rush things. Its like eating at your grandmas house. You cant tell your grandma to hurry up so eat at McDonalds if youre in a rush. Dont bring all that negativity here.

I thought I knew what chinese food was, but then I ate here. The dishes range from classic to the specialized and with many varying heat levels. The flavors are out of this world with some of my favorites being the salt and pepper shrimp, cashew chicken, kung pao chicken, dragon dumplings, and cumin beef. I plan on trying something new each time I eat here from now on. I have yet to be disappointed!

The food quality is going down. We usually order the boneless chichen with dry red pepper, and this time, the chicken tastes bad. The crispy outside of chichen is very thick. I dont think we are eating chicken but fried dough. Very disappointed. 以前的無骨辣子雞非常好吃,現在像吃炸麵皮。粉比肉還厚。擴充餐廳後出這樣的菜,非常失望

Awful service. Waiter asked us what we liked to drink. Drinks never arrived for an hour until we asked for them again. Food took about an hour and a half to arrive. They cant handle the amount of business they get with the amount of service available. Food is decent, but pricey.

I ordered Double Cook Pork. It was not good at all. Its not as authentic as other Szechuan restaurants. Also, this restaurant has a dish name "Maos shred port...". Wow! this is communist restaurant. Ill never come back. I do not support the Communist of China

Delicious spicy Chinese food but service was horrendously slow, which I dont mind but too stingy on the portion. I dont know if they ran out of ingredients but my order of intestines hot pot came with no hot pot but in a bowl with 4 slices of intestines in it.

This restaurant was amazing. The servers were kind, the portions were huge, and the food was delicious. We got the sizzling beef and dried spiced boneless chicken. Everything was delicious and at the perfect temperature. One of my favorite restaurants now.

The best Sichuan Ive had in the southeast, and one of three or four best Ive had in North America. Dumplings and vegetable dishes are particular strengths. Plus BYOB with no corkage. I regularly drive 45 minutes to an hour from my home just to eat here.

If you like wild pepper beef this place was the winner. Best asian food I have ever had, period. And I have been to China Town NY. Well, BBQ Corner off 285 and Peatchtree Industrial south, is also pretty good... But masterpiece is winner.

The kitchen is slow, bit the food is worth the wait. Dumplings are wonderful. Most things are spicy. So be prepared! We love the crispy pork, cumin beef, spicy boiled fish, and eggplant fries. Bring your own beer or wine.

Second time here. First time food & service was awesome. This time the service is very poor. People came in after us, ate & left. We are still here. Took 20 min for hot & sour soup. Not very hot temperature

We enjoyed the food here. We got the typical "American Style," food as its what we were after that night but I can definitely see us coming back and branching out as they have a pretty large menu selection.

Decent meal, but no where near as good as Tasty China. Dont understand the press this place is receiving as "Best Chinese in Atlanta". A ways to go on service and taste - no need to make this drive again.

Ordered a random plate with fried pork in it and my friend ordered the taro stirfry with chicken. My meal was absolutely delicious. Everything we ate was great. I will be going back to this restaurant
