Absolutely DISGUSTING! They get one star only because it doesnt let me give the 0! If I could give the -5 I would! The owner who calls himself Jack is an idiot! We called to order and I asked what their most popular dishes were, and this so called Jack says look online. I proceed to ask what is their website and he says they dont have one. So I ask well how do I look online then!? I then proceed to order something and he says we dont have that.. Wtf Im like, well then can you tell me what you have!? He say hurry up because I dont have time to wait on you in an arrogant and cutting tone. He was soooo nasty. How unfortunate. I told him that was fine I would just take our business elsewhere. I love to support small local businesses, but when you are treated the way this douche bag treated us, Id rather not even bother with them.

Had lunch special--General Tsos. They give you a generous amount of food, but food is merely mediocre. "Fried" rice is basically steamed rice stirred in wok with soy sauce and nothing else. Stale chicken, egg roll with not much fillings, etc. But that was a lot of food! Egg roll, crab rangoon, AND egg drop soup, all the the price of what amounts to a Big Mac meal. So if you value quantity over quality, this is their schtick, and I dont think they can change the scheme for this, for better or worse. You know, though, there really arent very good Chinese food in this neighborhood. None of them go even up to mall level of quality, and thats telling you something. What a shame...

I have been a china star supporter for years. Ive spent enough money there to finance a small business. There food is as good as it gets for chinese delivery in the area. That being said.... I will never give them my business again and I will be contacting the owner to let him know such. I called for a delivery order and the host told me they didnt deliver to my address. I informed him they have delivered to me many many times and he told me I was wrong. Then he hung up on me....hung up on me.... Hung up on me. I was perturbed and called back. I explained to the gentleman what just happened and he hung up on me again. I hope the man sees this review and his boss as well.

I really love the food here. Its some of the best Ive found in Atlanta and is as close to NY as Ive gotten. The prices are low and the service and delivery are fast. The guy who takes the orders Monday through Friday is great, speaks and understands English well, he just has an accent. Hes always very nice and my orders with him have only been wrong one time and he made up for it the next time I came in. Do make sute you check you order before you leave if you place your order with either of the female cousins who are there fir a few hours over the weekend. My orders placed with them have been wrong every time.

I work around here and I called to do a pick up lunch Order and the guy was very rude and insulted my intelligence jus because I asked questions about my what I was getting with my order. I couldnt substitute egg rolls for a spring roll and I tried to find out how many I would get for the extra charge. He cut me off and said why am I trying to complicate things. Horrible customer service and thats coming from someone who works in customer service. I was a first time customer and didnt even get through the whole process of ordering. Will never be ordering from here.

The food is typical Chinese and honestly I have had better for the same cheap lunch prices. More than anything the service was awful. The young man in the front taking orders and answering phones was extremely rude for absolutely no reason. If he does not know how to communicate well with customers he should consider being a cook in the back. I do not recommend this place and will not be spending my money there again. The restaurant inspection score is 81. I am sure you can find better service and food in the area.

Called and ordered for my husband while he is staying there while working paid by card over the phone I told him I was in another state but was ordering for him at his hotel they took the money off my card delivered the food demanded the card so I called them back the guy that answered was very rude cussed at me and everything. All I have to say is they better refund my money cause they made them pay cash or Ill be making a trip to Atlanta and kicking some ass!!!!

Very RUDE with HORRIBLE customer service. I have ordered here before and todays phone encounter was it for me. For starters, I barely can understand them due to a language barrier AND becoming rude with me because I asked for a modification to a lunch combo is beyond my comprehension. DO NOT SHOP HERE. DO NOT SHOP HERE. DO NOT SHOP HERE. IF YOU DO NOT LIKE TALKING TO PEOPLE THEN STOP ANSWERING PHONES AND CLOSE UP SHOP. Oh wait. THAT SOUNDS TOO MUCH LIKE RIGHT.

The food tastes great I order almost every time Im in this area as for my delivery experience guy on the phone was polite with me he had to switch back and two for a min but after that got my order down came right on the way there was traffic issues they called and notified me of it so I wouldnt worry about my food and far as they act I think its got a lot to do with time of day when you order but overall love the place been doing buisnes with them will keep on

They charged me over and never delivered. I had to report to my bank and dispute charges to get my money back. When I called the restaurant to speak to the manager he called me a liar and a thief. He said they dont deliver that late or take credit card payments that late and that I was wasting his time. It took 10 days to get the money back into my account. Horrid restaurant. Rude staff. Money Mongrels. Stay away, trust me its for your own good.

My wife ordered my food for delivery. Im a truck driver and my debit card was left in my personal vehicle. Delivery arrives and they wouldnt give me my food because I didnt have the card. Rude from box to wire. Driver begged for cash, which I had, but chose not to be inconvenienced by their policy and didnt pay. They took the food back. It took almost 2 hrs to get the driver to my location from 2 miles away. Thumbs way down.

The food here is great and so is the delivery time, but the delivery man is VERY VERY RUDE! He blessed me out for not putting a tip on someone else’s card. He actually stood in my kitchen and yelled at me. Also when I have ordered with my own card he would always get upset because I would not tip him $5 or more, even if my order was only $11. :/ I will not be ordering from here again.

I do not like China Star. When I ordered my food the man was rude and soooo disrespectful. When the guy arrived to my apartment he was yelling by telling what was on the receipt which was 10.95 I gave him a 20 dollar bill he said I had to pay him 11 more dollars *still yelling at me* neighbors can hear him and everything... I will not order any more food from this place NEVER AGAIN!!!
