Very disappointed in the service and food. Been going here for 20 years and its not like it used to be. Our soup was way over salted and we sent it back. Our waiter didnt offer more soup until after our meal was already out so we declined. We were charged for soup anyway. After asking the manager about it he said because we didnt accept the offer for more soup he cant take off the charge for soup. In other words he said I dont care about you as a customer bye bye. Our entree was very forgettable and the food as a whole is not the quality it used to be. No problem, there is plenty of other Chinese restaurants in Farragut. This is the second time in a row the service and food was poor from here.

Im really good friends with one of the waiters there so Im a little biased, but I absolutely love it. The staff is very friendly, go there a few times in a short period of time and theyll start to recognize you, order the same thing Everytime and theyll bring your drink before you order it and ask if youre getting the same thing as usual when they seat you, really speeding things up. Very good food at a very fair price, and very fast service

I would give 0 stars if possible. My husband and I have been eating here for at least 5 years. Tonight we had dinner, it was good. I had a coupon for buy one get one half off. Because a corner of the coupon was torn, they would not honor it. The manager didnt care that he was going to lose a loyal customers over $5 measly dollars. We will never eat there again, customer service means nothing to them!

Simply put, the food is good and the prices are fair. The waiter and waitress are both super awesome, but that could be because my co-workers are addicted to this place and we come here to often (seriously we might need help). Sure, you could nit pick a few things here and there but overall its a good experience. Also, expect to go grab a giant slushie afterwords. That soy sauuuce gets me every time.

The Food is the best Value and quality you can get for the price!! I love China Pearl! Its a great place for lunch ! Ancient Chineese Proverb " Good help is hard to find" ! I have always had amazing service Friendly Servers but everyone has a bad day once in a while. Bottom line the food is great and its a good value also.

We had a terrible experience here. One dish was so bad we could not eat it. Manager would not do anything about it. Since he didnt really speak English or pretended not to we paid for a meal no one could eat. Will never go back again. If you are looking for a restaurant with good customer service this is not the place.

Ive eaten at this restaurant many times over the past several years, but this last time will be the last time. After being over charged because I had a coupon for a free entree, the waitress charged my card 200 dollars more than the meal cost. Its been six days and it still has my money tied up.

This establishment has been in the heart of Farragut TN for sometime now. This establishment serves a great meal with outstanding service and a comfortable atmosphere. If you plan to get there carry out service or even just sit down to enjoy a meal you wont be disappointed.

This is such a great lunch place! They serve soup, egg roll, and a good-sized entree for only around $6. I have never had anything there that I do not like. The service is wonderful-everyone is so happy and attentive there.

Im not sure if this place has new ownership or a new chef but something has definitely changed. Im pretty sure that what they are serving as chicken is from some other animal that is not supposed to be consumed by humans.

Venture out of your comfort zone and try the Malaysian beefy curry its amazing! Feeds 2. Also the crab rangoon is oniony and not sweet which is hard to find and excellent surprise these days. A new favorite:)

Something unexpected. Dong Po pork, and peking duck were good. Theyve got some traditional dishes that I like. Asia Kitchen is better but China Pearl is way quiet, fast, and with better service..

Its a good lunch place.........food is pretty consistent.....but not always..... sometimes oil isnt changed as often as it should...you can order sit, eat and out in 20 min
