Average low end shopping center chinese food with terrible people working there. They have ruined my order several times and always refuse to fix it. Water tastes straight out of the sink, pretty sure it is. These people never smile, never say thank you, will never respect you as a customer and never put any effort into making you feel welcome. Its like theyre living in a dungeon. Misery love company I guess. I mentioned they ruined my order several times. I decided to try them again and stupidly again but will never go back. They ruined my order tonight and refused to even try to help the situation. $24 down the drain. Ill find a homeless person tonight and offer it to them. Lastly, I noticed over time my order portion size has gotten smaller and smaller and they started taking out the broccoli and side items. They refuse to give you soy sauce and duck sauce unless you ask. Also they price went up the same time they started stiffing my portion sizes. I would go somewhere. Theres plenty of other chinese restaurants nearby. Just Google search "Chinese food Norcross"

Absolutely horrible service, rude. Charged my credit card before delivery but because I didnt have my card on me refused to leave my food. Mind you my kids hadnt eaten all day!! I logged into my account to show the delivery guy and he just walked away. Then when I called he said yes they precharge but without card wont leave the food and now I must wait 2-3 business days to see the reverse charge back to my card. When I called the store the guy rudely said he wasnt sending anyone back and I can just wait for the reverse charge.

Not authentic Chinese food. They use the cheapest rice and other ingredients. Honestly, the house special fried rice was below average; disappointed. Took my son there to eat, only because it was nearby. 1st, only and last time patronizing China Cooks. I dont know how they remain in business. Basura! If you want some great tasting authentic Chinese Food, stop by Lucky China located on Chamblee Dunwoody Rd at I285; Kroger plaza in Dekalb County. You wont be disappointed. La comida de China Cook no sirve pana, de verdadero.

Newly discovered Chinese place. My wife and I Went there three times this week, and was never disappointed. Best Chinese food in the town. Very authentic. Filled up both my wife and I for less than 20 bucks. Definitely try out their house special fried rice & chicken with broccoli. Chicken wings are newyork style( which is the best part). Staffs there are just amazin!!!!!!!!!!!! The lady in the front was so nice:)) definately will keep coming back. !!!!!

So I stopped for a quick lunch with my son after some time not being here. I used to love the food but today I was very dissapointed. My sons sweet n sour chicken were very greasy to the point that the were almost dripping as I held a piece. I ordered crab ragoons and received the with hardly no filling they were flat and chewy!! Not crispy as they are supposed to be! Sad to say I will have to look for a new place.

Their reviews must be rigged some type of way because thats the only reason i went there. Im already skeptical about Chinese food as it is and this place didnt help!!! The food was nasty the sesame chicken was tough like i had to pull it with my mouth and took forever to chew up the rice was ok, but i swear the "chicken" didnt look like chicken in it.... I prob will never eat Chinese food again smh!!!

The people are rude! They never smile, even if you do. They have an attitude like give me your money and get out. They dont like it if you dont spend a lot they will start charging for every little thing after that. So dont ask for an extra fork, sauce, or anything. The food is not that good to support their business when they have a lack of respect. They feel entitled to your money

Horrible costumer service! Food not fresh! Very disappointing! Cashier refused to count 50 cents for soup noodles, that they said its cost extra if you want (so i went and got 50 cents in pennies), by the way we left very generous tips right when we ordered food, and change that was given to us 85 cents we put into tip jar right in front of cashiers eyes.

Female that takes your order over the phone is very rude and ill mannered. Has a very nasty attitude. Got my delivery. Roast pork fried rice tastes burnt. Food has no seasoning & they charged me for a large boneless ribs but gave me a small. NEVER ordering from here again. If you want real good Chinese food China Wok is the best.

I had my order delivered. The food was warm enough, but just barely. The honey BBQ wings are good, but not great. The fried rice is also decent, but not the best Ive had. The website they use for delivery was easy to use though, and the food came pretty fast. I did like the free chicken stick I got with the online coupon.

I have literally been eating from here going on ten years. The customer service is amazing. The food is cooked with love and the taste is wonderful. I recommend trying this resturant anytime your in the Norcrss area. My fav the house Mei Fun chicken sticks, and steam veggies. Great job you guys! :)

HELL NAW! Wasnt good at all!!! they put a "supposedly " chicken on a stick in the bag I didnt know what it was. I didnt ask for it. I was so afraid to take it out the little bag it resembled a rat so much. And i didnt eat it . General Tso Chicken was terrible. Whole meal ruined

Old food. I wanted a refund after eating one wing, manager taking a dump in bathroom that opens directly to the dining tables. Place sucks, she didnt want to refund. Typical mean unfukked at home cunnnt up front . Its ok, my credit card refunded me the money . America baby

This food tastes really delicious! Its by far the best Chinese food Ive had in the Norcross/Lilburn area! The prices are also reasonable for the food portions! The food has ALWAYS been fresh because its cooked upon ordering!

I never ordered inside I always have it delivered and the always arrive extremely fast. Im not a big fan of Chinese food, but I really like this place. The food is fresh and delicious. Only complaint is its kind of expensive.

I order shrimp and broccoli at least twice a month. The Lemonade is so good! Fried rice is the best Ive had anywhere near here. The best Chinese takeout in norcross. Staff always remembers me and my order.
