When Panda Express came to Farragut they served fresh tasty choices. This did not last. For the last 6 months the portions are so small they get lost in the to go box. Check your order before you leave. There is not one time I have ordered from this locations in the last 6 months without something missing from my order. In addition the new ribs item on the menu is horrible. Its like eating sticks they are so DRY!!!! They must sit out day after day after day. Eating these is literally like eating very sharp splinters. I hoped the horrible conditions was a passing thing , but 6 months later its getting worse instead of better. The most recent negative experience I went back and told them how unhappy I have been on several occasions and they gave me a coupon for one free item with a 3 entree order....I threw it away along with what I ordered and paid for. I wont be going back.

I am very disappointed with the service received. I ordered online, received proper confirmation, and part of my order (main entree) was left out. When I called the store the employee, indicated that I had to come in (20 minute drive) for any recompense/fix the issue. She then indicated that they had been "very busy today" and accidents happen. When I ask if I could come in another day she then informed me that they (She and her shift leader, who was in the background but never offered to help/get on the phone) were unsure how long I had before the online order expired and they could refund me. While I understand being busy, and I understand accidents happen it is not my place as the customer to have your employee tell me that their mess-ups are acceptable because they are busy/understaffed/unprepared for their clientele.

Rice and veggies and noodles was ice cold, when we ask for michrowave, We was told only manager is allowed to use, so instead of asking us what we wanted , replacement of the meal ,or our money back, they nuked the food, I also sit and watched them Continue to serve the cold rice,veggies, and noodles without solving the cold food issue, We are from Sevierville, Tenn. Food is always great... That is if their not "sold out" of what you want. Service is hit and miss depending on whos working. Sometime the attitude of some of the drive through workers make me wish I would have just gone somewhere else. Ive left on certain occasions because obviously they didnt like their job or were having a bad day & I wasnt going to let them take it out on me & ruin my day.

Over-priced portions, small amount of food and terrible management. Weve been here 5 times and each time there is something wrong. First it was the soda area was overflowing onto the floor and trash everywhere. Second time we are outside and soda was all over my seat when I sat down. Fire the manager and get someone who enforces cleanliness because its disgusting.

Whats happened to the quality? We used to eat at Panda Express once a week. Now, we have to talk ourselves into this demented game of Russian Roulette ( bullet each time). The rice was old and dry, mixed veggie wrinkled and dry, and the orange chocken was hard as a rock. We are done dining here.

do NOT eat here. Watched the manager eat food from his glove and lick the glove, then went back to mashing up the fried rice without ever swapping gloves. Unless you like your food season with saliva and wherever else he puts his gloves dont eat here.

Good was fast food quality for sure. Every table was dirty & we had to clean one ourselves to have a place to sit down and eat. There were plenty of staff to clean & plenty of time for them to do it, they just werent doing it.

Very frustrating came up here from Roane County and they were out of 4 entrees. In my opinion are the most popular. So over all that is HORRIBLE they need to do some re training on projecting business and ordering-
