DO NOT EAT HERE! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! i ordered 2 orders of sesame chicken and a order of sweet n sour shrimp. Mind you i ordered off the prices on line expecting the order to come out to around $20 . But when i picked the order up, the food was $25.50 . The lady at the front desk told me the prices online arent the same as the prices instore and they are outdated. So i was kind of mad , but I still carried about my day. Then I checked my food to see if it was good simce i paid extra, but the food was OVERLY BREADED. so i took the food back, with a nice attitude, to get a refund and the lady flipped out and made me pay $3 for a refund. Theres a lot more but Long story short, never eat here.

I strongly suggest you do not eat here. For the past month, their rating has been a C-77. They charged my credit card twice and would not offer me a refund or a free order even after I showed them the bank statement. They do not appear to be able to understand basic English so they will use that as an excuse to blow you off. Compared to other Asian restaurants, the food is really not that good and the service is bad. They even have very small children taking orders and taking money from customers.

People want to complain the people are rude but there is a huge language barrier. Keep in mind all you people complaining about this probably didnt ace English class in high school. I eat there multiple times a week and the food is always tasty, my order is always correct, and its made in a timely manner. Ill never go to another Chinese restaurant as long as they are here!

Ive ordered here since it has opened. The food is always tasty. The customer service is crappy. However, Ive watched those kids grow up in that restaurant. Theyve spent countless hours working and playing their video games in a 20x80 box so to speak. I admire the parents work ethic but get the kids out of there. Theyve suffered enough.

They are VERY OVER PRICED. I come here often when I dont cook. I wont lie the food isnt too bad but it is true what they say they try to up the price $5 I order the same thing every time I go and the price is never constant they give you very little food for the price that you pay and the kids and lady at the register are very rude

this place is great the food is always fresh and so very good. its a family place and their children who take the orders do a great job and are always so pleasant. i have gone here for last 2 years food has always been fresh and delicious and service has always been the best would highly recommend this place helen klaw

Sadly they are letting their kids run the register. The young daughter is rude, and be careful.... We have been over charged and shorted change twice now. Though they do get my food out fast to me, and it has always been delicious compared to the other restaurant we typically go to.

This is a family run restaurant that has superb food. The prior comments of rudenses is unfair..it is more a language/cultural issue...get over it. Our family has been ordering here for over 10 years...excellent Food!! Current health rating score is 100....cant beat that!

Super rude !!! Wow Ive never met people so rude in my life . Not to mention they hung up in my face just because I asked for delivery and they didnt provide that . I wouldve came and picked it up but Im glad I didnt because they were extremely rude !

This place was really good. The past few months have been awful. The food no longer has flavor and the eggplant have changed: no longer good, just crisp on the outside and horribly mushy inside. Time to find a new place, I guess.

First time eating there.....it was closer to the house (.5 pt), the price was right (.5 pt), the food was nice and hot (1pt), and the food was fresh and TASTY (1pt) My experience was a good one.
