Where do I start? Bathroom was filthy no paper towels and the employee that exited the bathroom right before I went in had not flush the toilet. Tonight they did not have three of the main side items my first or second choice. Last time I was here they charge me extra for dipping sauces. When I asked to speak to the manager she could clearly see i had said something and said what and kept working. There were 10 people working and those 10 did not equal one employee from my company. The cashier was very polite and smiled and thats the best thing I can say. We left and went somewhere else anyway.

Today October 21, 2016 I stopped in to Popeyes and purchased chicken with a sides. I saw Ms. Sutton (Management) gave me the last little bit of the side that was left. Once she handed me my side I said to her I know you are tired so am I, but is the bottom still fresh. Ms. Sutton gave me the Nasty Mean Look!!! Hey I am spending my money here nothing was "Free"!!! Messed up our order again. Pretty typical of this location. Wait time is ridiculous every time. My husband called to complain and the manager kept talking over him and was very unprofessional and rude. She said bye wayne and hung up on him. Lol I am a store manager and if I knew my employee acted this way they would not be employed. We wont be back.

My husband and I were in the area, so we stopped at Popeyes on Hwy 78 for a late lunch. Our food was hot and delicious; and didnt take long to receive. The dining area was very clean including floors and tables. Used restroom while there and it was quite clean as well. Certainly will stop here again when on this side of town.

Every time I go to this location they seem to either screw up my order or give me food that is cold or and hard if you receive this type of service make sure you call back and report it and make sure you get the name of the person you spoke with so that you can go back and get your meal for free

This is the best Popeyes ever. I love the way Im greeted everytime I come in. The cashiers are very nice and polite. Mrs. Shay is the general manager there and she is very nice. Ive been going to this Popeyes since May and the food has always been good. Keep up the great work!

Horrible! I have never in my whole entire life waimed this long for food. More than 40 minutes! Finally got my order, was given a drumstick instead of a wing...went back to ask for it. Theyre out. Now Im waiting another 5 minutes for a mild wing.

Showed up 20 mins before close as I was starving and I was told they were closed when clearly Popeyes is open til midnight. Im sorry if you dont want to work late...dont work at a fast food joint that stays open til midnight!!!!

Every time I goto this Popeyes I always end up waiting....on the chicken to be cooked. Why it isnt chicken constantly being cooked during lunch? So dumb. Said pull up, itlll be 3mins....still waiting, its been 15min.

They are supposed to be open till 11pm yet they keep closeing when ever they want after 10pm. I will never go back because in addition to that lately my order has been wrong and even if its right it is usually cold.

The only reason why I come to this popeyes is because it is convenient. The employees there seem uninterested in being there, they always get your order wrong, and have an attitude whenever they have to fix it.

This restaurant cannot handle lunchtime guests. Be prepared to wait 10 to 15 minutes for your food. Then there will be a 50% chance that your order will be wrong.
