There was hair under our pizza. When my daughter picked up a piece (unfortunately after already eating one) there was a long black hair spread out on the box underneath the piece. They were already closed when I called so I called back the next day and spoke with the manager, Jake. He never apologized, said it was unacceptable, acted shocked or even sympathetic at all. He offered to put a credit on my account, for less than what we actually spent, and tried to rush off the phone acting like it was no big deal. After he simply put a credit and said thanks, goodbye, I said something about him not apologizing or anything else and acting like this was just an everyday thing. He then lied and said he wasnt done talking to me (after clearly saying goodbye ). He said I gave you a credit, what else do you want then got rude and short with me stating that he had nothing else to say. Horrible management, at least Jake is. Orders have also been wrong several times in the past. Not good experiences from this Pizza Hut.

This Pizza Hut location is 2 miles from my house, and will deliver to my neighborhood IF you can get the local business to answer the phone--the website will not allow user to order for delivery because this is a new address. When directed to the corporate line, they entered my address incorrectly, yet I got pizza delivered three times. The most recent time I called, I tried to update my address so the driver would not have any further issues. The customer service agent had to call the local place (TWICE because they would not answer the phone), and the staff told them they would not deliver to my house although they had 3x before! This is a ridiculous and appears Pizza Hut in Cartersville, GA, has entirely too much business if they do not have to answer the phone or deliver within a two mile radius! I wish we had a Marcos.

This difficult-to-get-to location is a Pizza Hut Bistro. When it first opened there were very fun experimental dishes (4-square pizza, stromboli, pastas) but the location quickly lost its mojo. Beautiful Italianate interior, the building is woefully juxtaposed between a busy residential road, Medi-Cap pharmacy drive thru, & the backside of a Lowes / strip mall. This location REPLACED the Morningside Drive building which became a Mexican restaurant. Ive given this place a lot of chances, but its just poorly executed. The drive-thru has been shut down and converted into a walk-in take-away. Foods usually okay, but very late.

Our family has given this location several opportunities and almost every single time the pizza shows up almost two hours after the order and even then typically cold and incorrect. And then after trying to contact the location to check on my food it immediately goes to voicemail. I will never again order from this location if I want delivery I will to someone else in the area and if I absolutely must have Pizza Hut Ill go pick it up from another location. Absolutely terrible.

They do not know how to properly speak to a customer. After two hours of waitin with a friend at her house call Pizza Hut AGAIN , they say they did come and no one came to te door and they know the address . My friend had spoke up and said she does know her address and they did have an attitude and say they know.
<br/>We know where we are and our pizza DID NOT arrive! This is not a sale! And so we have ordered WONDERFUL Dominos !

First time I went there, I ordered the $10 pizza special online. Waited 20 mins to get it, and received only 2 boxes. Then was told the special was removed right AFTER I made the order. No apologies, no well fix it. Plus I had already paid. Had to place another order for a pizza, wasted a whole hour. Plus I was almost late for work, only reason I might go back is because its the only pizza hut in the area. :-(

Stopped here for lunch on a road trip. Food was great, service was adequate, tables nearby could have been cleaned off more quickly. Waitress did not check back on us during meal, but since we didnt need anything, we werent upset. She did, however, ask if we wanted refills to go, so that kind of made up for it. And in her defense, she was the only one waiting on tables that we saw.

Place my order and got there 20 minutes and my order was not ready, was told to pull up by "manager" and that she would bring my order out to me, only to wait 20 more minutes for no one to come and walk in and get my food with "manager" at the counter who gave no apology for my wait.. hold your management to a higher standard of customer service and professionalism

This is the worst Pizza Hut that I have ever bought food from. My pizzas were always soggy and cold when they were delivered and barely looked edible. It is so disappointing that people cannot take more pride in what they are sending out for their customers to eat. I think this is just pure laziness on their part. I will never eat here again.

Ordered a pizza over the phone. Called several times and waited almost 2 hrs when initially told 45 mins and was told the pizza was being delivered. Never received a phone call and was finally told when I called at closing to be told it was cancelled and would be refunded in 5-7 days. Poor customer service and will never order here again.

I ordered my pizza online and showed up 15 minutes after I submitted my order. The pizza was ready when I got there and exactly as ordered! Only issue I had was their toppings not being spread out evenly across the pizza. Some slices completely lacked a couple of the ingredients.

Given this pizza hut so many chances orders are regularly incorrect and have very thin watered down marinara and only fill them about 1/3 the way full even when you order extra! Most p@$$ poor excuse for a pizza hut I have ever ate at!

This is probably the worse pizza hut I have ever encountered have attempted multiple times to get a decent pizza from this location but every time it has been undercooked almost to the point of raw on one occasion.

I order take out from here a lot. My order has always been ready when I arrived and is always correct. Staff is friendly and courteous. Food is good temperature and tastes great. Will continue to eat here.

Absolutely horrible. I got food poisoning eating here that ruined my whole day. The health department rates them 85 and B. They are very slow also, and they are very dirty.Avoid at all costs.

Pizza is just awful and after multiple attempts to eat here it always seems to be undercooked to the point of almost raw...I honestly would score less than 1* if possible

My pizza was the bomb tonight!! I dont know who made it but great job. I ordered on line, it was there when I was ready and it was just how I ordered it. Enough said
