I love red lobster , its my favorite restaurant. The only problem I have with red lobster is carry out when I call in a order and tell the person who is taking my order the exact way I want my salad and I always get it with the salad mix only , no cucumber, onion, tomatoes,cheese. And xcruteons and French dressing I always ask for 2 dressings.. every time I get my order my salad is wrong and my order is well known over there so there is no excuse for it. And I am disabled I have to send someone to pick it up and this is why Red Lobster has lost my business and a lot of my familys

Have eaten here more than a dozen times over the years so I was very disappointed when, after having 6 glasses (including two beers) dropped from the tray onto our table (soaking two of us in the process), the bill was tended with no effort to apologize or make up for the incident. I expressed that I knew it was an accident and mentioned it at the end, and only then did they offer some compensation. Our clothes smelled of beer! Oh well, how to lose a loyal customer. Goes to show you never know who you are serving. BTW the fried elements of our meal were overcooked--uniformly!

Dinner started out nice until I was eating mashed potatoes and discovered masking tape with writing on it. Did this tape come off the floor? Did come off a box of food? Not sure where it came from, but I know it shouldnt be in mashed potatoes! My meal was comped, but seriously doubt I will have any reason to return to this location. Thanks Eric, as a manager you should have comped my whole bill. Then tried to inspire me to want to come back. Just plain nasty and unprofessional.

After a Horrible experience at another resturaunt in town on our anniversary the wife and I called Red Lobster in hopes that we could possibly still get a seat even though it was 930 at night. Luckily we made it before 10. The gentleman said we could have a seat as long as we made it before 10. Our waitress was awesome. Thank you Heather for saving our anniversary. We would definitely go back.

Even though it was Mothers Day and I was told the wait would be 45 minutes, we were seated in about 20 minutes. Our server, Bonnie, was very amiable. The food was just very good and brought to the table quickly. The staff at this Red Lobster really had their A game going today. Keep up the good work.

The food is superb and the staff friendly and nice. They can be slow at times when busy and remember they have to cook all there food properly so they can minimize food born bacteria. I am pleased to say that this establishment is a wonderful place to eat with your family and friends.

We had a huge group of people eat here for a family gathering. I was really impressed with the service we received! Serving that many people has got to be a hard job but they did it soo well. Everyones order came out correct and the staff was very attentive throughout our meal.

The service was incredibly slow. Our waitress seemed unhappy to be serving us. Our food was undercooked, while other menu items were overcooked. Overall, it was incredibly unappetizing. Definitely will not be coming back here anytime soon.

I dont know why this location remodeled from the California fresh kitchen style into the fish and grits decor, but the whole mood of the place, food & service, when downhill too. Very few redeeming qualities.

Good spot of the restaurant chain. Have eaten here twice. Friendly staff but the service can be slow at times. To be fair, it can be a popular spot but didnt wait more than five minutes to be sat.
