Each time I have gone through the drive thru, there has been some kind of issue. Took my in-laws here to have them taste a turtle pecan cluster blizzard and we got a Georgia Mud Blizzard. ?? Another time I drove thru and ordered the turtle pecan cluster blizzard, I was asked what I wanted on my hamburger. ?? They arent too friendly most of the time and it would be nice if they processed the orders faster. Wait time in the drive thru can be grueling.

Absolutely terrible. This is the second time that my mom and I have ordered blizzards where they didnt turn them upside down and were already melting when they were handed to us. The gentleman in front of us at the drive-thru tonight ordered a blizzard and the cashier turned his upside down and handed it to him. This used to be a great DQ but has seriously gone down hill recently.

Would be nice to get more than 5 pieces of candy in a blizzard for the 4 dollars. Always rushed and young kids arent very professional. Almost never get a receipt and its because they charge you more than what you ordered. Seriously manager needs to oversee this location and make sure changes! We wont be back.

If I could give them a zero I WOULD!!! I was rudely told to " hurry up" on the speaker box by an employee. I will never give my money to this horribly managed place again!! Its really sad my kids love to eat there, but no more!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE, not worth the crappy attitudes!

The workers are very rude and ,unprofessional the food is not the best and the girl who worked the drive through slammed the window when we asked for ketchup and never brought us any I had to go inside and get some for myself just suckie service and food altogether

I called to inquire about ice cream cakes available today. The gentleman who answered asked me to repeat my question, and then hung up the phone on me. Now I understand the bad reviews this place gets! My advice is to go to Brusters instead- much better experience!

RUDE service. My parents wanted some food, so I called them at 8:30 and asked what time do they close. They said 9, I got there at 8:43 and the had the lights off and refused to take my order & the lady had an attitude on the phone. F**k Dairy Queen.

Ice cream was good. Convenient location off of 41. Small but has enough seating for 20 or so. Seemed to be clean. Workers were pretty fast. Did not eat so cant comment on food.

Good food. Good service. Took less than a minute for my friend and I to get our Blizzards (which were amazing.) The atmosphere is relaxing and overall it was worth the trip.
