The assistant manager on duty today was extremely rude to The customers and empmoyees. The employees I have encountered are, for the most part, friendly and customer service oriented. However, this morning I requested my French toast sticks crispy, since they are usually soggy, and I even left the drive thru and parked so I wouldnt cause a back up due to my request. When I went to receive my items they were burnt! I mean charred and smelling burnt! The manager said: "You wanted them crunchy. Thats crunchy!". When I told her that theyre crunchy BECAUSE theyre burnt she proceeded to shake her head, mumble things, and then scream "I need 6 more crunchy French toast sticks!" to the woman working the line. She practically threw the new ones at me and walked away. She said other rude comments but I will leave you with her name; Stanphanie. If I could I would rate my experience at zero stars. I will NOT be coming in when shes on duty! I have emailed the company and the regional manager. There is NEVER a reason to be rude to your employees and customer service skills should be a MUST NEED for a managerial position!

I didnt even want to give it one star. The girl that worked yesterday (feb.7th) around 12:30, in the drive thru, the one collecting the money was literally the most rude, disrespectful and depressing woman I have ever encountered. This is why fast food workers will never get paid $15. You COLLECT MONEY, the worlds easiest job. Dont snatch it out of my hand without saying one single word the entire time then get mad because I pointed out you gave me the wrong change (tried to give me $16 back on a $7 order when I paid with a $20) I couldve easily not pointed out your mistake and make you responsible at the end of your shift to make up for it. THEN when I ask for a receipt, dont act like I just disrespected your whole family. You were literally the most miserable soul I have met in a long time. And I hope you arent allowed to deal with the public again because youre giving your manager a bad name for hiring you to work the window. NEVER going to this location again.

I made a google account just for this review ,this Burger King constantly continues to disappoint me on highway 5 ,I go around 8-11 at night when I get a craving for Burger King and that sensation will soon end if this is not addressed ,the team is sloppy uncooperative ,pays little attention to orders and gets them wrong,staff flirts laughs and plays around in front of us ,they forget sauces ,drinks etc,food is cold all the time as if its been sitting in there for a while ,food is burned half the time and half the time isnt cooked enough ,I wish I could give it 0 stars but sadly I couldnt ,Im sorry this is so long but Im tired of wasting money only to get out of the drive through and fine my order is messed up yet again ,please address team and fix the issues Im not the only one thats complained

Dined In. Dining room was relatively clean. Food was OK. Service was extremely slow at the beginning of lunch hour (12:00). Not crowded (4 in drive thru, 2 at front counter, I know because visible monitors show the orders waiting) but still took more than 10 minutes for a double burger, small fry and small drink. They were fully staffed, just poor customer service and absolutely no sense of urgency. The ketchup pump in the dining room was not functioning and they were out of ketchup packets. Entire staff really needs to be retrained or replaced.

Didnt eat on this visit, just allowed my child to play on the playground. The playground is nice, its enclosed from the remainder of the dining area, which helps contain the noise. Regarding the food, this location is generally consistent with a typical BKs food. On one visit, we were told the grill was down and they didnt have burgers. That issue has obviously been resolved. The location is large with a good amount of seating. The parking lot is spacious and allows adequate drive-thru room.

Whitney who works the front counter, will not greet or acknowledge your existence if you are caucasian. My family has observed & experienced her attitude on more than one ocassion. However, if you african american she will drop whatever she is doing, run to the counter & greet you enthusiastically with a smile. If she is so prejudice, she needs to find another fn job!

i usually hate this Burger King but employee Alexis made me feel completely different . made me think its still good quality customer service in this world. as if she actually desired to work there unlike other employees. i give that young lady 5 stars and demand yall find people more like her :)
