My wife and I moved to Cartersville after college about three years ago. We knew that one of our first duties in the town was to scope out the Mexican restaurants, knowing we would spend a good bit of money at one of them. So, we tried every Mexican restaurant in town. Every week for a while, it seemed like we were trying a new one. (There are a good many in town!) When we went to Los Arcos for the first time, it could have been considered a "hole-in-the-wall" eatery with outstanding food. We were hooked! It was incredibly good Mexican food at low prices. We started pulling a lot of people from our church to go to Los Arcos. They went to El Nopal, but when they had Los Arcos for the first time they were hooked as well. Time went on and they expanded. They are no longer a "hole-in-the-wall" eatery. And with the expansion came an explosion of customers. These people deserve it! They treat us like family there. Always friendly, quick, and just plain good at what they do. Ok, so the reason you go to any restaurant is to eat . . . Right? Well here you wont be disappointed! I think I have had everything on the menu, except the seafood stuff, and I have never not liked the food. The chicken soup in the best! "Pollo con Crema" is awesome and you will not find this at any other Mexican restaurant, its kinda a signature dish. If you are looking for a Mexican Restaurant that you can always count on because of their consistency of price, food tastiness, dish size, friendliness and overall experience . . . Look No further, go and enjoy! (Nope, Im not getting any kick backs for this review, I just love this restraunt and the people who run it!)

We have been coming here for over 2 years! Tonight our take out order was completely wrong. Spoke with the manager on duty named felix and he didnt even care to hear that our order was messed up!!!! How do u forget to put salsa with the cheese dip that u ordered??? How do u also forget to add all the extra stuff u ordered like squash and zucchini but they charged me for it??!?! We also asked the lady that took our order if we would get the home made tortillas and she said yes we have some! Of course we did not get those we got the store bought ones!! Whoever left felix in charge was the worst mistake ever we will never spend another dime here! Felix does not care about your long time customers at all!! I usually dont leave these reviews but i have never been so upset with customer service! I know the owners are not like this at all! I would not order with them if i were u! If the owner makes it right i will let you know!! Again beware of felix he is terrible and dont care anything about customers! I would not give them one star as bad as they messed up my order and didnt care to hear about their mistakes!

If I could give it a negative star I would. First off they couldnt figure out the right food to send to our table and then it took multiple times to get all of our food. Finally when the food arrived it wasnt what we had fully ordered and it was bland and over cooked. Also, when we mentioned it to the server we got a I dont care attitude. Overall the whole experience was crap! Will never go again and I strongly recommend to everyone to never go there. On a side note.. they treated us like we were idiots about food. Little did they know both my husband and I are chefs.

I stoped there to eat and there was only 3 other family there other than ours and the service was horrible. The server kept forgetting our chips after we had already asked. She also did not know the difference between steak tacos and al pastor. I order a qusidilla and it was rediculous taco bell has better quesadillas no sour cream lettuce or quacamole on the side. It was literally a thin small taco sized flour tortilla on top of another and cheese in the middle. I would not recommend this restaurant anyone

I called in an order for fajitas for two. When I got home with the food the first thing I noticed was that the guacamole was brown and they gave me a plate filled with 80% peppers and onions and 20% chicken. I make guacamole often but it usually doesnt start turning brown until the next day, if its fresh and you keep it covered properly. I will not be ordering from Los Arcos again.

This is our favorite Mexican Restaurant in Cartersville. The patio on this place is great and the fountain is cool and they even occasionally have live music. The food isnt the cheapest Mexican youll find, but the quality and service are great. They also seem to have good dessert and drink specials. Stumbled onto it because of a coupon and have been there regularly since.

Every time I ordered something with steak, like nachos, it was NOT steak. It looked like pork that had been cooked to appear darker, and it tasted AWFUL. Weve also had many friends see ROACHES there when dining. Will never eat here again.

I live in Philadelphia Pa. When I come to GA to see my daughter we come here at least twice during my visit. We order everything we love. Excellent service delicious food. Clean service is excellent. Highly recommended

Served stale tortillas and old guacamole to us last night. Also no alcohol in an alcoholic drink we ordered. If business is that bad where you dont have the supplies to treat your customers, shut down.

Great food and margaritas in a nice atmosphere. The interior of the restaurant makes me think of Mexico at Epcot at Disney world. Try the mango margaritas they are delicious.
