So I went there on my lunch break today , I got up to the counter where the cashier Roxanna was great . Well then I was waiting for my food while I noticed the food maker DONNIE was texting on his phone with gloves on and also was eating food and had sour cream on his face while preparing mine and my co workers food . I then said something to the cashier and she was telling him that a customer saw him and his response was (OH I WASNT OVER FAR ENOUGH , AND THEN HE WAS LIKE WHOS FOOD IS IT SO I CAN SPIT IN IT .) And I told him that was my food and he said well I didnt make your food , and I thinking yes you did. Whether or not you made my food or not that is not food safety and nor is it safe. It honestly makes me not want to come anymore and its the closest one to my job . The other lady that was making food also she started laughing. And itss not a laughing matter because what if they were in my shoes and had to face something like that . This Is the the only time I have received poor service from a Taco Bell. Not saying no one should go there but DONNIE does not belong to work in a kitchen anymore if he doesnt have food safety.. THANK YOU AND HAVE A GREAT DAY!!!

This specific Taco Bell is god awful. There really isnt a nice word I can say about. The place is ran by ungrateful and unhelpful managers. The diningroom is dirty. The bathrooms are disgusting. This Taco Bell is about as dirty as Highway stops. Gross nasty and not worth your dollars bills. I would rate it a zero stars if I could. Shut this place down.

Literally in the drive thru right now and being told I cant have a power menu burrito after 11 because they want to avoid a lawsuit? I asked them why? They told me "you dont have to eat here". Asked them if they made them fresh, they said yes, I said there is no reason I cant have it then. They told me it was Taco Bell policy. It isnt.

I love taco bell but the service here is consistently the slowest I have ever experienced with fast food in my whole life. Even if its 8am and there are only 2 cars, what everyone is doing back there is unknown. I still love you Taco Bell and youre always that for me and even through the wait- Ill always come back.

Ordered a taco party pack and the outside order menu said it was $11.99 and when I went to the window it was $12.99. I chose by the cost of what $ I had. I told them at the window and they told me the price had changed and I informed them until the board is changed the price has not changed and they did not care.

Consistently the slowest drive thru Ive experienced in my life. Took them nearly five minutes to even come on the speaker to take my order this time and Ive waited longer before. Theres literally two people in the restaurant eating and one car in line in front of me.

As a drive thru customer, you are NOT given priority. I have been waiting and blocked in for nearly 50 minutes while people keep on coming in to the dining hall and getting served immediately. Do not bother with drive thru. Go inside.

Its the nastiest Taco bell Ive ever been in. The tables were all dirty and smeared up. When I complained the lady behind the counter just shrugged her shoulders. Ill not go back!
