First we had a 15 wait to be seated then our next big wait was getting our food. My food had a grilled chicken breast, glazed carrots, and french fries. We were sitting at a place where we could watch the warmer after it was cooked. We waited watching it for 20 minutes while it cooled down. My fries we brown and hard, the carrots were shriveled up with no glaze. Afterward I talked to the manager. He said 2 people in the kitchen, and 2 servers didnt show up. So they had it rough. Well you just sent me gift cards from the disasterI experienced last time. I decided to give it a try again. Its getting predictable that you wont have a good time.The manager offered gift cards. I told him "no". I am sick of all the things that keep happening at Bobs blunders.

As of late the service had not been quality at Greenville, Ohio. While the food is good as usual, when ordered some changes to a meal as in can I please get all while meet or extra salad dressing for my salad, those items are not delivered, even though we were told we could have those changes to the orders. The last time person that took our order never delivered to food, as it was delivered by someone else. There service was slow.

Food was horrible. A 3 eggs omelette look to be 1 maybe 2 eggs so thin not funny. Order wheat toast asked the waiters twice for it. Everyones beverages were empty before she even came and asked us if we wanted refills. A 4 year old wanted a strawberry sundae, she doesnt like chocolate, she received a chocolate and strawberry sundae. For paying the price we did and the service we got we wont be back

Come here regularly with my Fiancé. Never get a good seat due to it being packed, which is fine. Come in today not many people in restraunt. Get seated in the middle of a section at a table and ask hostess to seat us at a booth. The hostess explains that the section with open booths is closed, then proceeds to sit others in those booths 20 min later. Thought it was disrespectful and inconvenient.

Its a 50/50 shot when you eat here. You get your food fast when theyre busy, but sometimes not at all when theyre slow. Ive left before on a 45 minute wait for drinks and it was dead. Today has been good. Its 9am on a weekday. Never order a steak from his location unless you want a mystery cut cooked well to a brick.

While the people are always friendly and nice, the food and cleanliness always leaves a lot to be desired at this location. The salt and paper shakers are always greasy. You have to check the glasses carefully because they are rarely cleaned well. Definitely one of the least cared about Bob Evans I have eaten at.

Food was good my server Angie was great but the rest of the crew standing around along with the manager just dont seem very professional to me and my awsome server needed help and couldnt get it cause they would rather stand and talk with there friends

Dont ask for steak. I ordered med rare sirlion and got well done. They eventually replaced it with a properly cooked roadkill patty. I dont know what cut it was but it certainly wasnt what I asked for. Dont waste your time.

One of the best meals weve had here in while. The service and food were both very good. The waitress was attentive without being annoying. The food was cooked well, served hot, and delivered quickly for how busy it was.

We had a nice waitress. The food was good. Service was a little slow, but it was busy. Another waitress was telling at one of the cooks, very loudly. First time and most likely the last time visiting this Bob Evans.

Everytime I do a carry out order they either give me the wrong thing or forget something, the food is ALWAYS cold, and the cashier never seems happy to be there... All in all a terrible experience.

2,stars is generous. After waiting nearly 25 minutes for my food, I got burnt bacon and plain pancakes instead of the multigrain I ordered. Its always wrong and/or badly cooked.
