Rustic Italian Tavern, Turned Sports/Karaoke/Jam... Bar. When this place opened up several years ago, it felt quite special. The dishes all tasted like they were made in house and everything from the small-plates, to the entrées, to the service was bang-on. It was genuinely exciting to see a menu like this at the time, because several years ago the Mall of Georgia area was pretty much eyeballs-deep in burger joints. Service started to get a little spotty, and so did the food quality, and then finally the atmosphere started to take a nosedive (at least in my opinion). Its not that I mind the idea of live entertainment (within reason), but did we really need another sports-bar? Im not even going to get started on the idea of karaoke while trying to eat a meal and have a conversation with your dining partner. I suppose in order to compete with the other local establishments and pull more clientele they have sort of slid into the ever-popular and excruciatingly tired sports-bar trope. Dont get me wrong, it is miles ahead of your typical TGIF/Ruby Tuesday kind of place... its just hard and disappointing to watch a place start off with such promise and then slide into something mediocre, bordering on the annoying.

We are a frequent customer. Decided to take my parents when they came to visit. We have a 16 month old and needed a high chair. Previously, we had the high chair at the end of any table or booth in that restaurant many different times over the past year. All of sudden, we are told we cant have the high chair at the end of their table (near the wall) because the waitress couldnt get through. The main aisle is much larger and the waitress could easily decide to go down the main aisle. Anyway, so a booth opened up and we said we would just take the booth. They hurry up and clean up the booth, and as we pull the high chair up to the booth they told me they dont allow the high chair there either. SMH. Could have said that when we asked them to clean off the booth, right? We left, it was too frustrating.

WORST SERVICE EVER !!!!!!!!!!! I brought my family here to eat due to reviews I guess the reviews were written by other races beside African Americans because the waitress Rachel was annoyed with serving us and we sat there 35 MNS to only receive 2 bowls of cold soup n drinks when other families ordered same items 35 mins later and they were eating not my family even my 4 yr old noticed everyone else getting their food and again nothing for our family I feel discriminated against and will never eat here again to pay 29.00 for 2 soups and drinks Im very disappointed in this experience .. too bad I cant give them a negative star for a review Rachel earned that for her service .. PLEASE BE AWARE PEOPLE OF COLOR THANKS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I CANT STRESS THIS ENOUGH

This was a total train wreck. The service was terrible, it took us an hour and a half to get our food. Another table had to leave because they never even recieved their food. After we eventually got our food (margarita pizza), we had to send it back because of how sopping wet it was. It was impossible to even pick up a slice because it would fall apart. After another 20 min. of waiting we decided to leave so we called our server to cancel the order and when we got the check they still tried to charge us for the "pizza" luckily we got that fixed and only paied for the drinks. Overall I will never return to Parma Tavern.

Went here for lunch while shopping at the Mall of Georgia and were pleasantly surprised to find a local, non-chain restaurant with a solid menu and beers on tap. Ive heard their pizzas are great but I went for the Krispy Kream Burger (bacon cheese burger with two Krispy Kream donuts for the bun) and it was amazing! The sweetness of the donut pairs nicely with the savory burger and the fries are nice and crisp too. I paired my plate with a Bells Two Hearted Ale and there were a good number of other solid beer options s to choose from. Definitely will come back next time we head up that way!

We just left from our first time at Parma and it was the best experience that my husband and I have ever had at a restaurant. Our waitress was so friendly and explain the menu beautifully, the food was amazing and then, what I think was the manager, and came up and she talk to us as well. She was super friendly as well. Overall, an amazing experience! My husband also got the house $2 beer which was incredible! They went above and beyond to make our first time experience great. We are planning to be back this week haha!

First time . Love the appearance of the place it is very nice & different . I like to have a drink with my food & there werent too many alcoholic at all . The waitress recommend a drink & it wasnt even on the menu but it was nice . The lasagna was awesome way better than I expected . My friend had the Krispy creme burger she liked it for something different . My dad tried it as well later said it was too sweet . So I guess it depends on the person. But it was a pleasant experience . Will definitely be back .

Went to Parma last week for the first time ordered the chopped salad with chicken, went again today ordered the same salad this time I added shrimp for $6.00 extra, what a ripoff not only were the shrimp so tiny they removed the chicken from the salad. The salad was even much smaller than the one I had last week. The connoli were filled on the ends no filling in the center another ripoff. So I went to Parma twice in a week but will never go back. Cant wait to tell all my friends.

Husband and I tried this as a new place - and we are so glad we did! The specials menu is new each month; on it, there are entrees, craft cocktails and desserts on there. I had the glazed and confused burger and the blackberry smash from the specials. My husband had the parmesan-crusted chicken from the regular menu and it was incredibly smooth and flavourful. Service was wonderful, friendly and informative; Sharon was an amazing waitress. We will be coming back here!

Stopped here one night during the week, not realizing it was Trivia night. Great food, great service, but beware of Trivia night if youre a family dining out. I was really annoyed by the loud drunk woman at the table next to us, cussing up a storm since I had my kids with me. Definitely will return because the food and service were great, and menu was very reasonably priced. Trivia night= adults only nights....

More a bar than a restaurant. The prices were okay. So, so food. Waitress never refilled water. My ceasar salad was nothing special, a little wilted and brick-like croutons. The lasagna was ok except for the overpowering fennel-laden sausage. The ambience was noisy with frequent outbursts from the bar patrons and uninspired blues and rock droning above. The lighting was unpleasantly harsh.

I was told I was not allowed to enter because Im not 21 and when I showed him my ID to prove that I was he said no I do not accept that even though it was valid. I felt as if I was not welcomed because of my race. He let the other people in line behind us go (they were Caucasian also) in without checking their I.D. This is the perfect place to go if you ever want to be discriminated against!
