My fiance and I ordered from Tannery Row from a company that delivers food to you. Im not going to mention their name because THEY actually did their job correctly. Here is what we ordered: Pulled pork with fried okra and sweet potato tots Shepherd pie with pureed cauliflower on top with NO Cheese What we received Pulled pork with sweet potato fries and steamed veggies A meager portion of shepherds pie in a small soup container (Which clearly was nothing more than ground beef with some veggies mixed in), with nothing on top, and pureed cauliflower with cheese mixed into it WE PAID 16 DOLLARS FOR THE DAMN "SHEPHERDS PIE", and even if I had been able to eat it, the portion was nothing more than an appetizer for one. The order was abysmally wrong, and the only thing that actually tasted like edible food was the pulled pork. Needless to say, we will not be ordering food from there EVER again, nor will we be eating in their restaurant. My advice is DO NOT go here!!

Today was my 1st visit here. The Falcons game getting ready to come on. Had to get a seat at the bar. A guys sitting at the bar looks at me and says Im sorry all these seats are taken.. I looked at him and sat down. While seated I watched as the servers went down the line to service each person but didnt come to me. After saying excused me to both severs while they were right in front of me. I knw the year heard me bc they looked up. I waved them down to get my order taken. And as everyone finished there meal or drink the server gave everyone their check. Again except me... I am the only person of color dining in the place. I didnt want to look at it as a racial deal.. but it seemed that way. So during halftime I went to the right. When I got back to the chair another several says u cant sit there, there is like 4 people coming to sit here. Truly disappointed in the service.

Good food and service in a really striking setting. The building the restaurant is housed inside was an old factory that has been converted into an artist colony. There are arcade games and cornhole sets outside to enjoy. When we arrived we were quickly seated. Our server was very friendly and frequently checked back on us. The room was noisy with videos of musical performances playing on a large screen at the back of the room. The food was excellent and came out pretty quickly. I had the pork belly and bacon sandwich along with some particularly tasty fries while my wife had the tacos (her favorite was the fish - she was least fond of the pork belly). There is an excellent beer list. We didnt try any of the desserts.

I hate to be as harsh as a 3, but I really have a hard time going to a 4, I might have gone as high as 3.5, if available. First impression, the place is backwards, parking on one side, entrance on the other, felt awkward. Brad (server) was extremely polite, a little slow or maybe overwhelmed not sure. Food was very good, but nothing really special, of course I just came from Charleston and some of the best food Ive ever had. Ordered the house burger medium. It was flavorful, no pink at all, but not dry. Very cool atmosphere. Finally, the A/C was out, reading reviews apparently its not the first time, thankfully it had just rained and cooled down, a lot, otherwise it would have been unbearable!

If I had wrote this review a few months ago it would have been quite a bit different. I think they are on the ups with the service. This time around we had Ben, one of the best waiter experiences Ive ever had. The food has never changed its quality of extreme excellence. Their apps are awesome, try the chicken and waffle bites. The wings we had tonight were THE BEST wings ive ever had! Their pizzas are good also. GREAT pulled pork and burgers. Not much to complain about other than the previous poor service experiences. Hope this place is on the rise, it has the potential to be a great spot. And P.S. the old factory vibe is one to note.

First time dining here. Great food, great atmosphere, awesome service. First off our waiter Corbin we gracious and helped me pick a great beer, (some sweet Habenero style beer). My son picked this place because they where featured on Burger & Brew Gwinnett festival. We started off with 20 smoked wings naked, juicy nicely smoked flavor and they were Big! The missus and I had the special Smokehouse burger (specifically for the event) Smoked half pound burger with cheese onion straws and their homemade Barbecue sauce. The sauce alone is a reason to come back here. My son loved his Wagyu beef sliders. Corbin and staff, Thank you!

Cool atmosphere. Wife had fish tacos and said they were good. I had brisket - a little fatty but ok. However, the Texas toast that came with my meal tasted like fish (I hate fish). Makes me think they grilled it on the same grill they had just made my wifes fish tacos. Couldnt even eat the bread. Also, they brought the wrong fries - I asked for regular (sidewinder I believe is the name) and they brought sweet potatoes fries. By the time correct fries arrived I was almost done with meal. Lastly, the Long Island Ice Tea had waaaaaay too much sour mix. Not planning to return anytime soon.

One of the worst experiences Ive had. No one helped us when we entered the door. 45 minutes later someone took our order. Over the next 1 and 20 minutes our 8 guests received their food at different times. After 2 hours 2 of our people still hadnt gotten their food we asked to talk to the manager and got the owner. He told us our bad service was due to us seating ourselves and "its not my fault youre drunk". He proceeded to beat his hands on our table and say if he got a breathilizer he could prove we were drunk. It was crazy and ridiculous. We wont visit here again.

Tons of great food choices, not too terribly expensive especially considering the quality, fantastic staff, and events almost every day of the month. Best first impression from a restaurant ever. Super popular amongst locals. The restaurant boasts several separated seating sections, multiple bars, TVs everywhere, a stage with a huge projection screen and live performances, connection to the Tannery Row Art Colony, and several event halls. Conveniently located in downtown historic Buford near other local hotspots such as 37 Main and The Blue Caterpillar.

After striking out at two different BBQ joints in the Buford area, a friend and I decided to try Tannery Row Ale House. It was definitely the right choice as the food and the service were top notch. I ordered a pulled pork BBQ plate and the pork was perfect with large pulls of meat and not too over or under sauced. The mashed potatoes and mac n cheese were also top notch. Our server was very attentive and service was fairly quick. I definitely recommend Tannery Row Ale House if youre in the Buford area and looking for good grub.

This was my second visit and it was every bit as good as the previous one! The food was excellent, many local microbrew choices...ordered a flight so I could sample multiple choices. It has a large cavernous area that is inside but not air conditioned but with large fans. Not sure how that would be in hottest part of summer? Live entertainment in the evening. Huge screens and smaller screens give multiple viewing choices...It is a positive experience that I will certainly enjoy again!
