If giving no stars was possible that would be my rating. This place just cant get their stuff together. My company orders from them 3-4 times a week. Multiple people. We probably are why they can keep their lights on. If we had other options for delivery that were in the area, wed use them instead, but unfortunately, there arent many choices. Although after what happened tonight, well probably just starve while were on our shifts. Every time we order, were given an hour ETA. However, theyre very often longer than an hour. At least one persons order is incorrect, things are constantly forgotten, and when theyre late, we can pretty much expect our food to be cold. We are not even 5 minutes from their establishment - why it takes so long is beyond me because as cold as our food is we know its just been sitting their ready to go. I understand that were not Locos ONLY customers, but we are still CUSTOMERS and should be respected as much. Tonight we ordered and the driver got here 30 minutes past the hour ETA. He came into the parking lot and turned around and left again! We called to see what was going on and the person who answered the line said hed forgotten a drink. He finally arrived again 45 minutes past his hour ETA. Once we checked our food, we were missing many items, the food was cold and so we called back to receive the missing items. The manager offered us a credit for our next order - which is great and all - but wed much rather prefer that our orders be right than to get them free. Id love to pay as much as they ask for their food if it could be done correctly and if we could get it warm. Were paying extra for the food to get delivered, so were paying the same price as anyone sitting in that restaurant, so shouldnt we get the same service? Then, the driver returns with the missing items, and there is salsa ALL OVER the cups of sour cream and inside the sour cream. Once again, a call to the manager (Danielle), who LAUGHS at my co-worker and states the reason being that the salsa and the sour cream are close by one another. Okay?? And?? My toilet and my bathtub are close together too, but I still make sure Im poopin in the right one. That is not how a business should be presenting themselves, especially when theyve already screwed up many many times before. And no manager should ever LAUGH at their customer, no matter how ridiculous they think the complaint is. With that - Salsa contains many items that people can be allergic to, so the person who got the sour cream STILL couldnt eat it because they are allergic to onions - which are in the salsa. This just isnt how you run a business. You care for your customers. If you want to care for your delivery customers less than your dine in customers - then dont offer delivery as an option. If its such a pain in the butt to get it right - maybe you just shouldnt.

This place is garbage. We came in to an empty restaurant on a Thursday night, sat at the bar. Many of the employees were standing at the end of the bar ,and no one greeted us at all. Waited for about 15 minutes, and still no one. So I called the restaurant and asked them who was bar tending and would you please have him come to the bar. Finally, this big sweaty dude emerged from the back. We ordered a bucket of beer, and he asked for our IDs. No big deal, but my wife left her drivers license in the car, and all she had in her wallet was an expired ID. She is 35 which it clearly stated on her ID, and this turd would not except it... I get it, but dude you really picked the wrong point in our visit to pay attention to detail!! We are fellow restaurant owners and I would fire this whole crew and start from scratch.... The owners of this place need to tighten up! Riverside location.

Locos has nice decor, a real rustic look to the building and all the trophies. I have noticed they like to cut corners from time to time on the food. For example, I have ordered wings and potato skins that are a, "refry". You can tell they were wings, ect. that were previously cooked, not sold in time, and then re-fried when I ordered them. Which begs the question are they dumpster diving after foods not touched?!?! Point is, they are RE-COOKING food and selling it to me. And if that isnt enough of an insult to me, the young woman that tend bar are little snot nosed brats that talk down to the customers and bark orders at management. There is no way I would ever run a restaurant like this. It makes me think they sleep with all the woman servers and in turn they think they can talk to whom ever how ever they want. Should I even be concerned!!!

Ordered delivery twice and have yet to experience a correct order, warm, well-done food, and on time delivery.. The first time I ordered their roasted wings..took an hr to get to me, but I paid that no mind.. The taste of the seasoning/dry rub was good, but the wings werent well done.. Had to throw most of it away.. The second time I ordered 2 ground beef tacos, which comes with tortillas and black beans on the side.. I added chicken and more toppings to the tortillas that came with the meal.. 1 HR AND 30 MINS LATER, I received a cold plate of everything but my tacos... Had to call them to send the tacos back out to me.. Took 30 MORE MINS to get them.. Remind u, Im less than a mile away from the restaurant.. One star for the flavor of the food, but if ure seeking hot eats and prompt delivery, I advise u to look elsewhere

Place has indeed gone downhill. Devon and Tyler are the only two that make the trip truly worth it and its very hard to catch them working now. Last time I went, i sent everything i ordered back (3 separate orders) because each time something was wrong with it. The last time, my egg was highly under cooked. I was through at this point since i cant even order wings anymore since you decided to make your own (horribly gross) hellaciously packed with mayonnaise ranch and toss out your previously manufactured ranch (which was a tad runny but still good). Its sad that your food used to occupy my belly at least twice a week due to trivia and bingo. But, not only my two shining faces could bring me back. i would have to be sick and tired of every single restaurant and run out of others to try before coming back. Shame.

This is the first review ive ever given a restaurant but our experence was so bad I felt obligated to let the rest of society know to never go here. We waited 20 minutes to get our drinks and then another 20 to get our food when it arrived it was ice cold. We tried to speak to the manager as we were leaving and he could have cared less about our experence which explains why the restaurant is in such disaray. I will be very suprised if it is open another 6 months. Do yourself a favor and just drive further north to the shoppes at river crossing to wild wings it is light years ahead of this dump!
