I was misled by an employee that the lunch combo between 11am to 2pm was 4 dollars for the pizza, side and fountain drink. I asked as the pizzas were being prepared, this is the 4 dollar combo right?? And then I asked the cashier who got my side salads, this is 4 dollars right? She said yes. I go to check out and it comes to 22.99 for two combos. I was like uhh thats not right for two four dollar combos. This worker, named Melanie, was EXTREMELY rude. Accused me of trying to steal food, and I showed her the sign that was also not clear as it was my first time visiting. The employees could be more informative to customers. The customer service was severely lacking from this cashier who kept making mean comments then running to the back of the kitchen only to emerge with more mean comments. She also didnt give my sister a fountain drink and claimed that she had not ordered a combo when we both did. Overall it was a horrible first time experience and I will not be going back to this location. I was excited to try out the vegan cheese since Im lactose intolerant and the only thing that saved me from a total meltdown was the kind cook named Derrick who tried to make up for Melanies behavior and also gave me and my sister free pizza vouchers. Shout out to the cook, but Melanie needs to learn proper customer service or should not be working with people!

My review was too long to post, so heres the short version. The one manager, Maria, is incredibly rude and should not be in that position. She spoke rudely to us, bothered us at our table, made fun of me, accused me of saying and doing things I did not, and yelled at us from across the store. Her way of making up for her behavior was coming over to our table and saying in an annoyed tone just to prove to you how nice I am, here are two free pizza vouchers. she kept going on while we were trying to eat and we had to ask her to please go away and leave us alone. This specific visit was the worst customer service experience of my entire life of any kind. That being said, the other times we visited before (when she was not there) were really great. Im not going to base my opinion of a company on one employee. The pizza is very good. We will be visiting the Akron location from now on. I cant possibly see Maria working there much longer with how she treats customers, so hopefully we will be able to visit this location again sometime in the future.

Its great a hand full of times. Then after awhile.... You start to see how cheap the owner is. Crappy too small boxes for pizza you dont finish unless you bother an employee for a bigger one. Super undersized fountain machine. The original red sauce will tear you a new one if you have a sensitive stomach like my sissy buns lol. Also the line moves at a slower than snails pace it makes me want to leave. Also who the hell wants a pizza app on their phone. And I just seen your employee take a pizza card that the last 2 times told me they no longer accept.... What crap is that give and take huh.... Just stick with the cards ya cheap *&@#$**! Charge me an extra quarter to get the amenities you dont offer

A good build your own pizza place overall. We came here as we went to a Rapid Fire Pizza (Lima Ohio) a few days ago and heard this was the same. Its the same concept, but PizzaFire could learn from Rapid Fire Pizza. They charge a fair percentage more than RFP and PF seems to be pretty strict on weights and portions. If you want extra cheese its considered an item, etc. RFP is $7.50 for unlimited everything where as PF is $8.99 for unlimited and they still watch weights carefully. All in all a good place but would love it if they took a visit to RFP and implemented some of their strategy!

Over priced, employees have attitudes, pizza was mediocre, menu was down, and there was no shade in the sit down area. The basil was totally wilted. Employees were impatient with our orders, eventhough we told them that weve never been to this restaurant before. Employee continually yelled my name for my order even after I acknowledged him and told him that I was getting drinks.

Delicious pizza with great crust! If you like bubbles in you crust you will be happy here. I get basic pepperoni with Neapolitan sauce, but you can build your own or get one of the specialty pizzas. Staff is also really friendly. Have been here 3 times and will be back again!

Good concept. Food was prepared fast, and tasted pretty good, unexpectedly. Not the most welcoming place, but maybe a slow time in the middle of winter isnt the best. The Margharita was good; Id go back again to try different pizzas.

Always great staff - friendly - helpful. Pizza is worth the drive. However, they are going CHEAP on Pop machine... missing three choices, staff indicates this is a management decision. Come on Pizza Fire you are better than that.

A great spot for a thin crust pizza. Baked in a fire pizza oven. They have a good variety of pizza ingredients and you can get your own personal pizza in a few minutes. Prefect for when you have a pizza craving.

The Chipotle of pizza. You build you pizza as you go through the line. It is great for a family that all likes different toppings on their pizza. Everyone can get their own pizza they way they want it.

We get pizza here often...tonight we had a discrepency in our order. We dealt with Gabby, she couldnt have been more professional and polite. Things were handled perfectly. Keep her around!

The downtown Akron location was a lot better than this. We got ours to go & we had both thought the crust could of been done a little longer. Seemed to put little ingredients on the pizza.

The place is one of 2 I will ever frequent, but for the authentic Harth baked Pizza I have yet to find another. Super fast fresh ingredients and just the right char on the crust.

I gave them two stars because of the first few times I ate here it was pretty good the last time I ate there I was treated so poorly that they lost a customer for life

Overall a good place. Food is delicious and done quickly. My favorite is the Margherita. Employees could be friendlier and more professional sometimes.
