OK - not sure what has happened in the last several years - but WOW... First - their level of respect and gratitude for the customer was NEVER all that good - since remodel - saying it is WORSE, is an understatement (poor lady before me). Second - Gyro - STILL highly recommended - it alone would net high marks - if only you could order it and pick up from a ROBOT - not their version of a dicks last resort server... Third - ANEMIC sandwiches... Perhaps Akron has little to compare too -but LOOK at the picture... Subway overloads their subs more... Add to this the look and response when I had the NERVE to ask for RYE bread - something they do NOT have... Overall - wont return - their gyro is good - but nothing that special to offset their disdain for their own customers... My apologizes for supporting you in the past - I assure you I wont make that mistake again.

We picked up gyros, subs, and a schwarma, everything was prepared well and very tasty but our schwarma eater was not a fan. All the ingredients were good but something about the sauce and flavor profile didnt work. Thats the only con and it was highly subjective. For 9 bucks you can get a large gyro. Large is very modest, the damn thing fills two hands and then some. If you get one with everything it will be a delicious mess you will have to practically take a bath for later. Fantastic ingredients and delicious! Corned beef and kraut was fantastic. Steak sub was also on point. Very moist. We will definitely be going back and I recommend you give them a shot, you will absolutely not find better gyros anywhere near here. Oh, and the place is pretty much immaculately clean. Which just feels good.

The gyros are amazing. Cut right off the rotisserie spool in thick, delicious slabs. Im a big guy (for you) and the medium is still two big meals worth of meat. Ive had close to two pounds of meat on there, plus a paddle full of tzatziki. The meager pita cannot contain it. The paper can barely contain it. Grab a some extra flatbread from the store (or maybe ask them to sell you some...) and you could disassemble this pile of meat from a single sandwich to feed a regular family of four. No dine-in, they dont have a single chair in the place, so be prepared to grab and go... unless you want to watch a soccer game with the guys working there.

Haninis is amazing. Im pretty sure i could order anything on the menu and be pleased with it but i just cant do it. Im stuck in the Reuben sandwich. The corned beef is shaved by them so there is almost no fat and Ive never had a single bite of gristle. On rare occasions Ive substituted the gyro, and i have to say its great too. The small is more than enough for one person, so much so that i cant even imagine how large the large gyro even is. Never had a bad experience at Haninis and the guys who work there are nice and treat you like a friend when youre ordering. Try Haninis and youll love it!

Just had the worst service in my life was ignored the first 5 min ther then when I placed my order the guy behind the counter said the other guy would wait on me who ignored me while the guy who I spoke to first took the womans behind me order n she cashed out be for me I think the people who work ther are racisit n rude needless to say I left empty handed n will never return n tell everyone I know not to go there

All I ever hear about is how good the gryos at haninis are. I went there last night with my boyfriend and was turned off. There were flies flying everywhere. I got home and took a bite of my food and looked at him upset. I paid about $18 for our food and it was nasty. This place is overrated. Again, Akron has failed me with their food spots. I will never vist this place again or recommend it to anyone.

Screw subway spend a little more and have a sandwich that is three times the size. I asked one how much they put on and he said around 2lbs. Wish they would open a store up closer to me in the falls. My mom and i split there smalls and still have left overs. Its great food good prices. They could do with making it a little more welcoming on the out side

I loved this place. I live in Columbus and always look for the hidden gems in neighborhoods. This is a diamond. The corned beef was as good as I have had. The guys joked around with the customers and the entire experience was great. Next time Im in the area, Ill go out of my way to eat here.

This is the bomb. Ever since I discovered Hanini Ive been there almost 4 out of 5 days a week. I love their subs, and at a price very similar to subway, you get MUCH more. Better taste, better servie, better flavor, and a much larger variety of what you can put on your sub. Go here!

Yes this is THAT place. I wont lie sometimes some of the guys kind of have an attitude, however the food is that awesome and they are always so busy, I just ignore that part. Lol. But seriously every sandwich is two meals, and like I said the heavy crowd speaks for itself.

Good sandwiches made to order. On my first visit, I made the "mistake" of ordering a "medium" euro... couldve fed 2 very hungry people. Great value! Yeah, it might not have the Taj Mahal curb appeal, but these guys know how to run a sub joint.

Just tried this for the first time. Corned beef was so good. Made right in front of me. Friendly staff. Found some awesome chips here that I hadnt seen in other stores. This is take out only - no where to sit.

Haninis...if you love Gyros you go to Haninis.. The entire menu is DynoMite out of this world. I always have leftovers for lunch the next day. If you give this place any less than 5 stars I wouldnt agree.

Called them at 7:00 p.m and they told me they were not taking orders, sounds a little funny. The Haninis on Brown always a great experience but these guys on brittain will never recieve business from me.

Oh my freaking gosh this place is da BOMB! Best subs I have ever eaten. The gyros are massive and I mean massive. For take out no one beats this place. There is usually a line so come early. Love it!

Excellent gyros! Huge portions!! Awesome subs and salads as well as a Hersheys ice cream counter. The service is always fast and very friendly. Best carryout sub shop around. I highly recommend.

This place is amazing. The food is awesome big portions large gyro under 10$ and can feed two. Met the owner today Manny super nice guy and great staff. If you havent went give it a try.
