Worst taco Bell in the state of Ohio. They mess up your order every single time whether its a taco salad and they give you a frozen cup of salsa or you order nachos Bellgrande and you get a bunch of broken chips with some mashed up cold refried beans. Then they have the nerve to look at you sideways when you come in and ask for your order to be replaced. The woman at the cash register was so rude to me saying that I was original then to top it all off none of the pop in the pop machine except for the diet soda had syrup. I ended up walking out of there without a drink. When I told the cashier that there was no syrup in the machine she went to try the machine back in the back and it was doing the same thing and she just shrugged her shoulders at me. These people care about nothing but a paycheck at the end of the week and its very evident. I will never go to this Taco Bell again

The worst Taco Bell locally. I only ever go for the normal multi pack tacos (hard or soft shell). It would seem simple enough. But sometimes I end up a taco or two short. Other times I have one extra. And often I find other ingredients dropped into my tacos like a tomato or unidentified sauces. And usually to the tacos are greasy and the bottom of them are broken or falling apart. On top of that whether you go to the drive through or inside you wait a long time to get helped and a longer time to get your food. My friends dropped me off and went to Burger King right next store (there were 3 people). They managed to order their food and mostly eat it by the time my food was finally given to me. They pulled up thinking maybe I had left already not realizing I hadnt gotten my tacos yet. I also have to say the times Ive been there the place seems a bit dirty.

We waited in line for 30 mins. We were told they were out of beef. Girl at the window barely said 3 words to us. Food was over cooked and sloppily put together and wrapped. There is a Giant Eagle a half mile away with ground beef at $2.49 this week. Why not send someone over to get some ? My son worked in fast food years ago. They sent him out to another location to pick up what they ran out of. How can you be out of beef at 11pm when you are open till 4am ? This past week has been horrible. One night they closed because Papa Johns wad robbed. Yet no one else in the area was closed. They are always closed around 1am due to computer problems. Cant Corporate run their registers during the time TB is CLOSED? We get off work around midnight and like to get a couple tacos and am empanada. Well they NEVER have empanadas anytime.

I dont think the staff cares whatsoever about their customers. They are beyond slow at this location. Its ridiculous! If there are more than 3 cars in line, we wont even stop anymore. I have been in line here for over 40 minutes with only 6 cars ahead of me. Now they take 2 or 3 orders at a time and get them all the way through the window to make their ticket times not look so bad, but the line is wrapped around the building in the mean time not moving an inch! The ticket times need to be honest so maybe the management will get their heads out of their asses and change some things! They should NOT be that slow! ALSO, Id LOVE it if just once I could get my whole order, not just part of what I paid for! So aggravating!

I ordered a double chalupa box with two soft tacos with sour cream and there was no sour cream and the chalupa was laying outside of the wrapper in the bottom of the bag and everything spilled out. I also got a Gatorade with this order and received a pink lemonade instead.7-21 around12:45 pm. Also did not get a receipt. Very disappointing. tried to call multiple times top talk to someone about this and no one will answer. Ive never had such bad food quality from this one before. Workers are awesome and kind, the food was just very sloppily thrown in the bag and poorly put together. Called on the 22nd and spoke to a manager and he is replacing both meals that I ordered last night.

This is the worst Taco Bell ever. You guys screw everything up. Whenever I get a cantina bowl I feel like I have soup cuz you guys dont know how to make rice. I used to work at Taco Bell and the food you guys make literally makes me wanna barf. I keep giving you guys second chances thinking like oh man maybe it changed. But still I go there and get a cantina bowl and I have soup. I ask for chicken on tacos and burritos and you guys give me beef. You guys have the worst service in any Taco Bell I have ever seen. Whoever owns this I hope sees this and fires everyone of you guys cuz this food is disgusting. Im surprised I havent gotten food poisoning yet from your garbage food

They always mess up our order. We ordered a chicken chalupa meal and 2 cravings boxes. Never got our chalupas so went inside to tell them....when getting home, found out they put our original chalupas in craving box, never gave us our Gorditas in box and just put the gordita sauce on normal hard tacos to try and trick us...we have problems ordering every single time we go. We live 3 miles away from willoughby taco bell and actually now travel to mentor taco bell because they never mess up at that location.

Horribly understaffed. Drive through takes 20+ minutes even with only 2-3 cars during down times. Food quality suffers as a result. Employees who are actually on staff give no feedback/ignore you with potential wait times. Used to love this place as it was minutes from my house but there are much better options at this point no matter what the time is. Even the extra 10-15 minute drive to the Mentor location is warranted before going to this place in the state its currently in.

Walked in and ordered 2 chicken quasaritos the cashier then asked which type of quasarito I said chicken then she proceeded to put in my order or chicken enchirito which is making me sick to my stomach as I write this, had toppings that shouldnt have even been on there.. horrible service and poor hygiene dont recommend it for a racoon let alone a person.. matter of fact the racoon would probably be better food than what they served me

Good luck with this location 2/3rds of the time if you get a Mexican pizza the tortilla just looks grose and then leaves a horrible aftertaste. Just tonight again, Mexican pizza was horrible but this time the same bad aftertaste was also included in the cinasticks and the borrito tortillas. When they arnt using bad oil or old shells whatever is causing this this taco bell is great. But again its hit or miss.

The gentleman at the counter is the nicest guy in the world hes funny hes informative and he has is stuff together so to speak. He make sure you get what you order, there is absolutely nothing on Taco Bells best menu that could possibly stump him. Oh yeah hes whats referred to as a little person, but in actuality, with personality and sheer presence, this man is a giant! Oh yeah, and the food is great!
