SERVICE WAS BEYOND HORRIBLE !!!!!!!!!!! i called for a simple order and there was soo much commotion going on in the back ground. a woman ( named sabrina) answered and i had to repeatevery aspect of my order to her several times and i even asked her if she can hear me clearly and she stated there was a radio blarring in her ear. several time through out the order she kept setting the phone to the side and continued her side conversations and was laughing . when i asked her how long willit be for delivery she stated it would be 75 min before i get the ordered - i then advised her that i would pick up instead and she responded as though she was annoyed, once again setting the phone to the side - holding a side convo - i asked her could she tell me where they were located she simply said oh next to the library. i expressed to her that i was new to the area and had no idea where the library is located then she said its on hunt club next to the library -after a few more moments of me trying to explain i do not know the area i just gave up ..and changed it to delivery. i was asked for my credit card - when i gave it to her i projected my voice and was slow in giving her the number since taking my order was difficult enough. she was having issues running my number and then put a man on the phone - i sighed and stated to the man that this was the worst call i have ever experience and his response was " yeah ..ok .. can u give me your number again..." i was beyond disgusted with the disregard and the unprofessional servi e i recieved. i have ordered from the hunt club location several time and i have NEVER been treated as though i was an inconvienience. when the pizza finally came i asked the woman who was the person that took my order and she asked to look at the reciept then state oh that was me..i shook my head and she stated "oh, yeah sorry you had to repeat yourself and walked away .. all i can do is shake my head in disbelief and in disgust. i will no longer be ordering from the hunt club location.

I ordered pizza for my family at 9:46pm. The automated system gave me a delivery time of 10:21pm. The pizza did not come at 10:21 but I took into account the fact that it is late on a Saturday night. At 10:45pm, 20 minutes after the pizza was supposed to arrive, I called to see where our food was and they informed me it was on the way. The food finally got here at 10:51pm and my husbands wings were missing. Very upset, I called back up to Pizza Hut and they informed us that they had been forgotten and another driver would be bringing his wings. It is now 11:30pm and his wings still arent here and he no longer has an appetite for them. Everyone else has eaten and is in bed sleep. Every time I order from this Pizza Hut theyre late with the delivery. I normally let it go, but this is the last straw. I order from Pizza Hut at least 2-3 times per month and I refuse to order anything else from Pizza Hut!

Absolutely ridiculous, I put in an order for pickup and when I came to get it the manager ignored me for 10 minutes, then when another customer came in he came up to the front, checked her out before me and tried to go into the back without checking me out. When he couldnt apply my coupon code because it was online only, I asked him for help editing my online order and he refused and went into the back. So I edited the order myself and when the coupon code didnt work I wanted to just get it anyway and leave. I said excuse me several times and the manager glanced at me but ignored me so I left. The manager, Matthew, smelled like he hadnt showered in a few days even from across the counter, not someone I want making my food. There were also ants in the lobby so its probably a good thing I didnt eat their food.

Back in the day you where the best pizza out there.....after years of you all have lost your edge... I odered a pizza from this place and it was beyond awful.. They put so much sauce on both the pizzas you couldnt taste nothing but sauce and i know it came out of a can ...get back to old school... Because you will lose your business if you dont... Trust me...

Just tried to order a large cheese pizza - 1/2 cheese, 1/2 pepperoni, and 1/2 of the pepperoni side (1/4) with onions and green peppers. They order taker refused to do! Despite the fact Ive gotten it that way from there multiple times before.No argument about price, Just refused to do it my way!

PIck up large pizza, Veggie was ready on time, but upon taking home tasted like it was prepared earlier and heated up, blah tasting and do not recommend eating pizza from this store. Not enough tomato sauce, either they forgot or cutting costs on ingredients. Stay away !
