Visiting from Arkansas we stopped here for lunch today. Server named Ben was not the friendliest of servers Ive come across in awhile. Had a chip on his shoulder for some reason. Still trying to figure out why. We were completely cordial with him. He seemed to say everything he HAD to say, yet meant none of it. Then the grand finale. Out of the four of us, 2 drinks were empty and 2 almost empty the whole meal, with no offer of a refill. The place was far from busy. So, wanting to tip him nothing, I decided to go ahead and do 10% anyhow. After giving him the ticket, gift card, and some cash, he returned to the table as we were leaving.....my hand held out for the ticket book and instead he tosses it on the table and turns around and walks off with a Dont forget your change comment, obviously offended by the $2.75 tip. So....I took my change. Truly pathetic and bad for business. Hope your looking for a new job tomorrow Ben. WE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THE FOOD THOUGH.

Stopped by this Olive Garden the other day and I am usually satisfied with there places. It started off not so good. We were seated just below a speaker and the music was so loud I could not hear the others in our party. We as to have the volume turned down and they said that is the normal volume. We ask for another table and the waitress went and got the manager. She did put us at another table. (Thanks). We ordered the soup, salad and bread sticks. As I always know it is pretty good. It did take a little longer then normal but it did come and looked great. I took a spoon full of my soup and it was cold. My friend also had soup, but a different type and it was cold also. We sent them back and they came out hot the next time, but she brought back the wrong one for my friend and go get the correct soup. Everything else was ok. It is usually not like this and this may have been a one time deal.

I normally dont eat on this side of town. However, the food was great. I purchased the buy one take one and didnt get the take one. Of course I did not realize it until lve gotten home! But the waitress should have brought it out to me. I mean isnt that her job? Then I ask if we can get some more bread and they dont give bread to go! What?! The Olive Garden at Argyle Forest does. And they give you candy! Didnt get any of that either. I wont return to this Olive Garden. The service was poor, which makes for a bad experience. The young lady was doing good, but wasnt as attentive as she should have been. I should have kept the tip since I didnt get my take one. Quite disappointed!

Thinking the management needs a change. Service was super slow, for no good reason. Management wasnt making sure the staff was staying busy, they sure liked to hang out at the hostess station. Food presentation was terrible, but tasted OK. Took 10 minutes to be greeted at the table, then 10 more minutes to bring drinks and take orders. Bread and salad refills, as well as drink refills, were not steady. Had to find someone to ask for things (napkins, bread, refills, ketchup, etc) several times. Server was nice, just not good at his job. This was what I ordered, some tortellini and crusted chicken, looks like a mess.

Nothing. I got to the restaurant around 5: 00 and i was told the waiting time will be 10 to 15 min. There was a lot of people comming in right after me that were called before than me. We were 4 people, including 2 youg kids and 40 min later, tired of standing by the restroom door because they dont have enough benches, i go and ask them what was going on and they didnt even have the decency to aplogise or give me an answer. I end up leaving the place hungry and pissed. The service sucks. And is a shame because i really like the food at olive garden. I went around the corner to longhorn and everything was great.

Honestly, I wasnt always a fan of the OG. The food tasted like it was reheated out of a frozen box, and there was little flair or showmanship. Yes the prices have gotten higher with time, but the OG has picked it up in almost every way. No, your breadsticks will never be out on time, but everything is good/borderline great. I still have trouble finding a crispier, hotter Chicken Parm. And their newer lunch specials, which are supposed to only take like 45 minutes, are well worth the money. Keep up the good work OG, and you will be a 5 star soon (Which is hard to reach for a big chain with me).

Our waiter Matthew was incredibly efficient and attentive. He refilled water before we needed it and was there to ask if wed like more soup or salad before we looked around to find him. From what I could see of the rest of the staff, they all seemed to be adept at their jobs and properly accommodating to their tables. I had the salmon, which was very tasty and cooked nicely. My husband had the soup, salad, and breadsticks and was beyond satisfied. This was our second time eating at this location (both times we were sat at the same table) and both were extremely satisfactory.

I have to say I normally dont complain, I went to this place and the waiter, was horrible. The worst I have ever encountered, the waiter was slow to bring the food he was not attentive or even ask if we needed anything not even once.We asked for our 2nd round of food and he stated that the chicken needed a few more mins, this is suppose to buffet style the 1st time we ate this we did not have to wait so long for our food. We previously went to the one on Atlantic Ave and this one is way much better than this the service we received here, NEVER AGAIN!

If I could give it zero stars I would! Walked in and the overwhelming smell of spoiled food made me sick to my stomach! Took a chance and walked all the way to the table (which for some reason they took us all the way to the back when we were some of the only people in there). Smell got worse and to top it off the table was still dirty yet set with plates and silverware. That was the final straw, said sorry and that we wouldnt be staying. Got attitude from the waiter and the hostess. Rude, not going back....and I love olive garden :(

The food service is not good. My daughter after getting her juice kept on waiting for 25 minutes for the food. Even the bread sticks did not arrive for 25 minutes.. Its more than 30 minutes and we are still waiting for our food. The soup just arrived and its salty. We have canceled rest of our order except my daughters as she is hungry. Sad for my wife on mothers day. :-(

Disgusting! Everyone I know loves this place, but I cant agree. I had a live roach crawl off my plate right after the waiter set it down and then he acted like he didnt see it...seriously?! The manager comped our order and then wanted us to get something else, after this experience I will never and can never go back. Just driving by it makes me want to hurl!
