I ordered here a while ago and the pizza was very good! However, I mentioned Id never been there before and was hesirptant on what to order. The employee (younger with dark hair) at the front seemed impatient when I asked questionsas if I should know what I want. It frustrated me because I work at a restaurant myself and go out if my way to help my first time guests because I want the, to love it and return. I ordered pizza rolls. There were models in a glass shelf, I then asked "are these spinach rolls?" The ones I asked about and pointed to were small and looked like dinner rolls. I dont think he knew which ones I pointed to though. I went to order 4 of them, thinking they were small like dinner rolls. They were huge when we got them, so clearly we werent talking about the same thing. I would have liked if he went of out his way to explain how big they were maybe explaining that one is big enough for two to share (I did just order a large pizza as well)and describe what they were exactly. I did just tell him Ive never been there before. I just wish the employee was a bit more helpful with guests who tell him its their first time instead of acting impatient. It makes me not want to go there, I havent been back.

I am from Italy and I have traveled worldwide to 204 countries and all over the united states. I can say this. pisa pizza is by far one of the best Italian restaurants you will find in the united states. it is the real thing! all homemade by the owner who is from Italy. the quality, taste, and price cannot be beat. the best deal for the money anywhere. I live some of the year in California and travel every few weeks to Orlando florida where I own a business. I have eaten in about every Italian restaurant that is in orlando and finally I found the best when I found pisa pizza. no restaurant in Orlando florida can come anywhere close to pisa pizza. they all claim they sell the real thing, but only pisa pizza has the real deal. great restaurant and great people who own it and work there. I will never make a trip to Orlando without going there. this is actually more than 5 star quality. don berlusconi

Soooo disappointing! Ordered the Sicilian size pizza, got a deep dish and it was lacking on cheese, not to mention Italian influenced pizza should be large and flatter. The mozzarella sticks were hard on the outside and the cheese was lukewarm and barely stretched. The oil and garlic pasta was DISGUSTING honestly, the aftertaste made me feel nauseous. The plate was drowning in half an inch of olive oil. The house salad was unattractive white lettuce (no mixture of greens) with one whole tomato slice, several whole onion slices (including the center!! Like a full one inch in diameter slice of pure onion layers). Overall, I will NEVER eat here again. Not at all worth the price for the food by any means. Go to Antonellas or Little Anthonys. never here.

Pisa Pizza is a wonderful Italian Restaurant on Colonial Drive in Orlando. Weve eaten there several times and the pizza and wings are incredible! I havent had this type of authentic pizza since I was in college. The owners and employees are very friendly and provide great service! These guys know their pizza and its become my go to place for pizza! The national pizza chains cant hold a candle to their pizza. To top it all off, you have to try the chocolate lava cake! Literally to die for! Believe me, you will not be disappointed! Its simply exceptional!!

Me and the girlfriend were craving pizza so we went to Big Daddys Pizza in Ocoee. We arrived 30 minutes before the closing time but the guy working the register waves us away. We looked up nearby pizza place and went to Pisa Italian and we arrived about 15 minutes before their closing time. I worked at a restaurant before so I know its a bit of dick move but we REALLY wanted pizza. The cashier was friendly and let us order a box of cheese pizza. The pizza was also really good. Would definitely visit again.

To Last orator on this page, we would have to contact police department and our attorneys according to your comment, all our stuff is regally pass the "serve safe" courses, we have cameras all around the shop which download all the videos! So we have the proof that you are not writing truth! You are trying to compromise the business which is against the laws of the United States! Best regards. Management.

A friend put me on to this place after Italian Village on Edgewater& Lee Rd closed. The food is VERY good and the every day prices are very reasonable -- plus they have daily specials that are amazingly cheap. The pizza in hand-tossed on a medium-thin crispy crust. Sometime the middle is a bit gooey if you get a whole pie --- but they are enormous and reheat really well.

I ordered a Cheese calzone with extra cheese. At first when I cut into it, it was cheesy and stringy. It looked and smelt great, but as I cut into it more the cheese was hard and cold. It just tasted like a regular calzones nothing special about it. P.s Staff should learn to greet customers with a smile more often.

A good "Mom and Pop" restaurant. Prices are decent, food is unbelievably good. Staff is (mostly) family and it shows in their attitude. My only complaint is that their dining room is so small that it can sometimes be difficult to get a table during their peak times. Oh, well. Thats what take-out is for...

Yes, is the best pizza but, lets move to another level and talk about the cannolli. I have tray several places and yes, including one from that very famous bakery and Pisa Italian cannollis are a thousand times better. The dough is thin, delicate, crunchy and the cheese filling OMG from heaven.

The pizza is good ,(wings horrible) most of the staff is nice except for a younger sounding female who answers the phone and has absolutely no customer service skills, also tge prices just keep going up and up with no good deals .Try wingstop around the block ,their wings and fries are good.

I got a burnt slice. I get it if you ACCIDENTALLY burn something but so wrong to serve it to a to go Customer. Worst part it happened because the cook and back cook were arguing. Not the first time I see this behavior. No thanks next spot! 2nd strike for me!
