My daughter and I were heading home and looking for a refreshing smoothie after our hike in Roswell. Tropical smoothie Cafe popped up as the closest to us. We went in, had great service, then sat outside to enjoy our treats while traffic into the Atl died down. We were both very pleased with the smoothies and said we they were worth the trip back. After we got home I realized I left my purse on the back of the chair. We immediately called to see if anyone turned it in! Thankfully some had! Whew! My sweetie who was on his way back to the city from working in Acworth said he would get it. The employee treated him to a free smoothie because he had come a long way and out of his way to retrieve my bag! Thats what I call customer service!! My guy loved he taste too. We will definitely be back!! Thank you so much for your kindness!

Good Afternoon, I wanted to recognize the outstanding customer service of your cashier, Deja at the Mount Vernon Highway location. I came into this location on 02/06/17 for lunch and because of my restricted diet was having trouble on something satisfying to eat. Deja was very patient with me, she also suggested I get the Baja wrap and convert it into a bowl. This is only my second time here but I will continue to come back based off the friendly service I received. I worked for a few hours and noticed she maintained a friendly and professional attitude with all the customers that came in. Kudos to her and your establishment for encouraging a positive customer experience.

Phenomenal everything. Beyond quality food. Smoothies are incredible. The price: I dont understand how they maintain the quality of food and smoothies (and size of the smoothies you get) for the price you pay. I always get a burrito wrap chicken thing (I think its called baja or something) and a smoothie (something acai something) and its $9 somethijg cents. Ridiculous... Im not sure if theyre franchising and/or planning to get locations elsewhere (near my house) but if they ended up in Atlanta Id be a groupie.

It is incredible that the Perimeter Point Tropical smoothie Cafe has been out of coffee for thier mocha madness smoothie for over a month. That use to be my favorite place to eat and get a smoothie when I visit Atlanta from Savannah. I dont know who is responsible for the poor choice not to get the coffee in, or why!?! But you have lost me as a customer. How hard is it to get coffee, especially since a Starbucks is right next door! Randy Roberts Food critic .

Went in Saturday night for a green smoothies employees had great knowledge about natural ingredients vs . Artificial . Im a health nut so I can appreciate that. One young lady really stood out with her health knowledge and her friendly personality. Shes a senior in high school and only works the weekends she made my experience one I will come back for .

This place is my absolute favorite place to eat!!!! Where do I even begin! From the friendly staff to the cheap, fresh amazing food and smoothies, not to mention there is ALWAYS a coupon! Love love love! I ate here almost every single day while I was pregnant and never got bored of the amazing selection! Overall best place to eat in this area!

I asked how long for a food order.. the manager told me 5-6 minutes. do you know I waited 30 min for just my smoothie.. I wait a couple of more minutes, still no food. I just wanted my money back. Someone else refunded my money.. the manager stood there looking dumbfounded and never even apologized. Im questioning my return...

This place isnt quick by any means. Be prepared to wait about 10 mins for a smoothie. The food is good, smoothies are so so, prices are decent. But the wait can be annoying
