I went into Ele recently and the customer service was terrible. My grandmother ordered the cake and I was picking it up or else I wouldnt have gotten a cake here. One because the people were very rude especially the manager Melody. Two because I had a friend who worked there and their "famous" cakes are actually made from pillsbury cake mix and they use food coloring to tint the color of the cake.

Cake/cupcakes use to be EXCELLENT. .cake dry icing HARD.. QUALITY is no longer a priority. ..taste like the cakes are made in China 50 for $1 all about profit
