I enjoyed the atmosphere of this place. Kaleidoscope has bottomless mimosas during brunch/lunch on the weekends and it seemed like every table was ordering them. Theyre apparently very good (didnt have any). Parking was very easy in this little shopping district. I got the Calamari with peppers, green beans and sweet and sour sauce. I only found it to be okay. I couldnt finish it and thats probably an indicator of it only being alright because I usually finish all of my food unless its a large portion of food (and it wasnt). Its definitely a good sharable size though for $10. Id change up the recipe though. It needed a little spiciness, the flour wasnt sticking to any of the calamari, and the calamari was swimming in sauce. One of my friends got the shrimp and grits. It looked and smelled pretty good but I didnt try any. Service was par for the course. I wouldnt not recommend this place, but its not a bad place to hang out with some friends on the patio. Maybe next time, Id try this "award winning burger" everybody else is talking about. Seems like theres a lot of indifference for it though in reviews so thats why I strayed away from it this time.

Ive been here twice and both times were for brunch with the bottomless mimosas. This most recent trip, the table had the chicken wings and poutine which were amazing. The chicken wings had les blue cheese baked on than before, but they were still delicious. I had the steak frites with garlic pub fries and chimichurri. The temperature on my hanger steak was the temperature I ordered (which is hard to get unless it is a well staffed steakhouse). The food and service Ive had both times were excellent. The crowds start early and the wait can be about 30-45 minutes on Sundays from noon to 2, unless you dont mind eating outside with people who bring their dogs. This restaurant allows pet owners to bring their pooches to eat with outside. Its not my thing, but to each, his or her own. Also, the complex where this restaurant is located has complimentary valet parking. Otherwise, parking on your own may be challenging.

I like the atmosphere of this place and would definitely come back for a drink at the bar or happy hour with some beer and appetizers. As for the main menu the food is ok, but nothing that I feel the need to come back for again after my few visits. The Shrimp-n-grits entree was good as was the Sage Roasted Pork Porterhouse. I tried the "Award-winning" burger and was pretty underwhelmed by the flavors and the size (definitely too small for the price). The sides are ok, but again nothing too exciting. Theres typically a decent amount of parking on the street out front and in the low behind the building. The service has always been good, and they seem to always have a good beer selection. The atmosphere is good for a date-night or larger groups.

Huge fan. Kaleidoscope is one of my go-to places in the city, and that is hard for me because I like to try new places often. I highly recommend the Korean BBQ Pork bowl. You also cant go wrong with the Steak Frites. Drink selection is massive. I dont think that there isnt a single item on the menu over $20. Point of notice: I have tried about 2/3 of the menu and am clearly a fan, but I want to point out some items that I recommend avoiding. the sandwich that is essentially a knock off of chicfila was supprisingly average. The Curry was a bit too sweet, and not quite spicy enough. Anything else and you are on the winning path. Great staff, great ambiance. Go here, you will be happy that you did.

I absolutely love Kaleidoscope! Doug, Lando and the rest of the team create a phenomenal atmosphere with amazing food and cocktails! As a gluten free patron, I appreciate the wide variety of GF options. Specifically, I highly recommend the fried chicken club salad (with gluten free fried chicken), calamari, pub fries and the Mahi tostada. The veggie plate is also a great option because all of Kscopes sides are delicious! Even if you dont like grits, I promise that you will love the green chili grits. Obviously I cant say enough good things about Kaleidoscope! Go here on Saturday or Sunday before 2pm and get $12 bottomless mimosas on the spacious patio with or without your dog. Cheers!

Great brunch and bottomless mimosas on weekends - most recently tainted the last two visits by a beyond impudent waitress who very obviously hated her job. They seem to always assign the same waitress to large groups seated on the patio. She had no patience for her customers, who, while slightly intoxicated, were nothing but understanding and patient with her lack-luster service. A restaurant which prides itself on its bottomless mimosas (among its other tasty offerings) should reconsider staffing people intolerant of jubilant crowds, especially when the crowd is courteous overall. They have managed to create aversion to their restaurant from 20 previously recurrent customers.

Came for the gluten free fried chicken and found out that they call the gluten free fried chicken meal gluten free but only part of it is.. they pair it with pimento mac and cheese.. its not a reach to think this would be made with rice macaroni but Im very very thankful I asked. Turns out some items on the menu are called gluten free but are only partially gf. Not safe eats, and had me wondering what else was going on back there. Not going to take that risk again when there are 3 other restaurants in Atlanta with gluten free fried chicken that I didnt lose faith with. Hopefully they will change that risky behavior.

I came here during Sunday brunch. I was too late to get the bottomless Mimosas but I was able to enjoy some Indian curry spring rolls which had a nice flavor of curry in them. I also tried the house pimento cheese but I wouldnt order that again because the pimento cheese had no kick to it. Since I was there during a World Cup Final match, I ordered the Springer Mountain Chicken wings which were pretty good wings with the Kaleidoscope sauce. This is a great place to hang out over the weekend, especially during Sunday brunch. Very laid back and in the heart of Brookhaven which is a big plus.

Went here this Past Sunday for the Falcons Game (they played the Aints lol) & Bottomless Mimosas. Oh my goodness, my glass was never empty I Promise. It seems as if the server had radar or alarm that would go off as soon as my glass got below 2/3rds of the way full. The food was amazing!!! So many different things to choose from. The shrimp n grits are to die for. Even the manager came around the tables to see if the customer needed anything (btw Hes a pretty cool guy). Awesome place, nice environment, great food & Jamie (I believe thats her name) a wonderful server.

Most bars in Atlanta dont know how to make a Southern Belle, and when I tell them how, the drink is typically subpar, the bartender at Kaleidoscope made a really great one!! Unfortunately, the tasty drink, lively weekend atmosphere, and friendly patrons arent enough the combat the slow servers that very seldom come around. With the weather being really dreary and rainy when I went, I couldnt attribute the slow wait staff to a packed house, appeared to be a lack of urgency and customer service. All in all Ill probably go back, but on a weekday.
