I could eat sushi every day and thanks to Bangkok Thyme, I am here once a week, at least. You know why? SUSHI HAPPY HOUR. Happy Hour details (because thats what really matters) Monday though Friday. Five.Days.A.Week. Hours are 5-7pm. But on Monday they take it all the way to 10pm. Whats on the menu: your normal low keyed rolls: Calfifornia, Tuna, Shrimp, Crab Salad, ect. Your normal nori pieces: Yellowtail, Tuna, Salmon, ect. Some appetizers and some beers. Also a house wine or two. The price: Rolls are $2 for a four piece . Nori is $1 or $1.50 a piece. I am normally very happy with my selections!! I am a big crab salad fan and they are my favorite got to spot for that roll. I dont need a bunch of stuff on my sushi just quality fresh fish and I am happy. I have had lunch and dinner there so the special rolls are excellent and the Thai food is delicious! I am a fan of red curry and their red curry lunch special with coconut soup and some rolls hits the spot. My niece ordered the pineapple curry fried rice and was very happy with her selection. Customer service is always great, I often go alone and they are very attentive. A lot of people bring their kids here so be prepared if you are considering a romantic date, The parking can suck, and if its packed you have to park in the back and walk around. They have on-line ordering but you have to pick it up.

This is a great Thai place if you are in the Sandy Springs/Chastain/North Buckhead area of Roswell Rd. Service is consistently good and they have a nice "happy hour" from 5-7pm. $1 for a few half rolls and other items are $1-$3. $10 minimum but you can easily get there. Sake and wine for about $2 as well. Curries and pad thai are pretty solid as well as some of the rice dishes Ive tried. They have all of the thai standards plus a sushi menu. They are occasionally on ScoutMob as well so you can use that if you want to check it out first. Parking can get cramped at night. They are located in the same plaza that houses The Beer Growler, Food 101 and Cibo e Beve.

We ordered takeout from here by accident. No, Im not kidding. I thought we had called Annies Thai Castle. Oops! We ordered two appetizers and four entrees. Everything was fine but far from fantastic. Personally, I think Tin Drum has fresher tasting chicken and more accurate Thai flavors. To a certain extent, the dishes were bland and the chicken was clearly precooked and just tossed with sauce after the fact. Total cost was around $60 which isnt bad and the staff was friendly but Id probably head elsewhere in the future. #SandySprings #Thai #Restaurant

Walk into a very well decorated Thai restaurant with a warm welcome. The seating was quick and the service was great. The lunch menu had a good selection and also offered Sushi for enthusiasts. Good soup and the spice level on the food was exactly what I had asked for. Quantity is just right for lunch and the price is as good as any Thai restaurant ($7.99 - $9.99) Would certainly recommend for good Thai food.

Everything was delicious, and the service was just right! They even gave me a small bowl of miso for free sense I was ordering a strange cross-section of items from the menu, and the waitress knew that I wanted miso. I will return for their tofu appetizer! It is the best fried tofu I have had probably anywhere.

This has become one of my favorite Thai restaurants. The food is great, the staff is incredibly nice, and I really like the decor of the place. Ill either order sushi or a curry dish, with a soup as an appetizer, and its always great. Highly recommended!

The papaya salad and tom yum soup were really good. Even the thai tea was full flavored. We also ordered phad thai but the noodles were overcooked. Servers were friendly and attentive but most of all, the ladies restroom was really clean :-)

Went there for lunch, and our server was so inattentive, and rude. Based on the receipt we got, the name of that server is Andy. Watch out for this guy. I would not recommend this place just because of the terrible service.

Have the daily special of glass noodles and spicy chicken here. Coconut soup was a bit bland,. The only distinct flavor in the entree was the holy basil, which is always delicious. Service was prompt but perfunctory.

“Ok food but very good service” Reviewed February 6, 2013 Very Americanized menu- which means a collection of Thai, Chinese, Japanese. Hope it has Not a bad place to have a casual dine out. Service is very warm.

I ordered take out. The host at the front was rude and apparently prejudice against heterosexuals. The food was poor considering the price. There were no condiments included with my take out.

Lovely experience. Nice atmosphere, attentive service. Curry was terrific, and happy hour sushi was cheap and generously apportioned. A+ in my book, and I plan on making this a regular hang!

This place was good once upon a time but not anymore. Poor customer service and not so good food. Mostly they microwave frozen food. Not fresh like most Thai restaurants.

Tried basil noodle, basil rice and green curry with tofu. Taste was subpar. For a thai place that charges almost $10 a plate, I was expecting much higher quality.

My first experience here was great. Lots of choices and the waitress was very knowledgeable of the menu and able to make very good suggestions on what to try.

Great owner, great food, friendly staff. I would go weekly if I could - DoorDash delivery makes it even easier.

Food is meh, catered towards white ppl instead of authentic taste. Service and decor make up for food.
