First time I ordered from here, they forgot to make my boyfriends rice "shrimp" fried instead of "plain" fried. When we got the food and saw that it wasnt right, I called immediately. They insisted that the shrimp was in the rice & that I was blind or retarded or something. Months later, I decided to give them another try...bIG MISTAKE. I order sweet & sour chicken & they forgot to included the SWEET & SOUR SAUCE! So I called & was told the driver would bring the sauce in about 30 min. Well, that doesnt work for me because by then my food would be cold. I demanded that they either bring me a fresh plate WITH the sauce & they can have their old plate OR they could give me my money back. After much discussion about how I should just put the plate in the microwave, the guy tells me the delivery driver would come get the older plate & then bring me a new plate! :/ I wont be ordering from here again. The food is not all the good that they cant be replaced by one of the other hundreds of chinese take-out restaurants in the city of Atlanta. I will be also informing the leasing off of their soliciting of their BAD service on this property.

After 60 minutes, into my 45-50 min. window, I called to see when our food would arrive, only to be told that itd be another 10 minutes. While telling the woman that my sesame chicken was soggy the last time this happened and I felt we deserved a discount on our food, she hung up on me. I immediately called back and she had a major attitude with me. I told her that I didnt appreciate being hung up on, and that I Id been ordering on an almost weekly basis since our office moved here in January, and that we either wanted a discount or to cancel our order since it was so late. She implied that I had given them problems before (she apparently mixed me up with someone else in our 8 story office building) and was fine in cancelling my order. Turns out she didnt cancel, the driver showed up 85 minutes later and the manager, after I told him I was treated by the cashier only offered us 1/2 for 85 minute old food. When I pointed out my treatment and that as a good will gesture they should give us the food, the manager hung up on me! How is this place still in business if they treat their customers so rudely?

Im from NY and therefore very particular on Chinese Food especially fried rice. Wok & Roll is not the place for good fried rice. But living in the area this place gets my business because they deliver and deliver fast and other things are pretty good. I am a fan of the steamed dumplings and shrimp rolls. The rice is just rice unless you order a special order and then it gets better. I go for the shrimp fried rice and the shrimp in plentiful. I ordered the wings once and they were good and the price was great! You can order online with them and if you sign up on the Eat24 site you will get a weekend code every weekend and its good for $2 off here. The physical location is pretty clean and well kept so no need to be nervous if you order delivery most times and then decide to go in.

OMFG!!!! I placed an order at 2pm got food at 3pm then back at 315 to tell them that my order was completely wrong. I spent 25 mins on the line going back and forth with the lady on the phone. She said I would have to return all food which was fine. I tried to place a new order she took the order then called back telling me the "cook" said the order was right. WELL ITS WRONG!!! I then just wanted a refund of all services. It took 2.5 hours before a driver would return back to my hotel with an attitude like I was wrong to call and say I am not happy with the food. I am writing this HUNGRY and never thought to post a review until now and I too would rate this as a Negative Experience. I would rather walk in the snow to Arbys 6 blocks up the road then to order again.

My call got disconnected as I was placing an order, I immediately get a phone call back and it was a man YELLING AT ME! He told me tht I was a horrible american and that I needed to act like a human and not an animal. He told me that i belong in an animal hospital. I tried to interupt him because of how rude and disrespectful he was being. He then yellled at me and told me I needed to shut up multiple times and told me to be quiet and listen because I was the stupidest person he had ever met. He then hung up on me. I called back right away and the woman who answered told me no manager was available and then all she said was "ok, so will you place the order or not"

Crab Rangoon & noodles were okay. Chicken was chewy, and service was horrible. Food arrived in a decently timely manner, but when it was delivered it was a complete mess. Something had leaked everywhere and all of the containers were soggy. AND when my husband went to pay for the food, he got an awfully rude look & no response to his "thank you" because the man apparently wasnt pleased with what my husband offered for a tip. Would never order here again. Also, WAY WAY WAY OVER PRICED.

In town for a few weeks for work. Came back to my hotel room and saw their menu slipped under my door. I was told food would be delivered between 35-45 minutes. After an hour with no food I called the restaurant repeatedly, and got no answer. The food finally arrived, almost 40 minutes late, and the delivery guy rolled his eyes when I gave him his tip, when I frankly was considering giving no tip at all. Will not be ordering from here again while Im in town.

It took the driver 45 minutes to deliver once we had the notification that he had left the store. When we called inquiring where he was they immediately said we were impatient and needed to until until we printed out that we had received the alert 45 minutes in advance. In the drive all the containers had tilted and spilled (sauce visible in the bag) and the driver was unapologetic about the mess he thought was acceptable. Food was good though.

This place I would not suggest to anyone. Worse service ever ordered my food and waited for 45 minutes to recieve when I still didnt recieve it I called and they said the driver was on the way. I never received my food. First and last time ordering from them. If you are going to slip you menu under someones door the least you could do it be honest and get a persons food to them in a timely order. NEVER I REPEAT NEVER ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!

This place is horrible! Very disrespectful and poor customer service. We ordered shrimp and waited. Then came back and he tried to give us chicken and make us pay extra money for his mistake of typing in chicken instead of shrimp. He did not apologize at all and he also made rude comments like. "Do you expect me to pay out of my pocket" or "Oh well, Its not my fault".
