Placed an order to go. A little confusion at the counter and then I finally received my pizza. Thought it strange so checked the box once back at the car. Wrong pizza. Went in to say something and it turns out they never made my pizza. They tried giving me another one in hopes I wouldnt notice until I got home. They then wanted me to wait while they made my order from scratch (after fishing my ticket out of the garbage). Instead of sitting there any longer, I asked for a refund. They charged my card again! Now I needed two refunds. I will have to check my account in the next few days to make sure that all charges are correct. Summary: I left Piu Bella with no food, had 4 transactions on my credit card, and still needed to go elsewhere to get food for the family. I actually just went home and cooked and we ate 2 hours after we planned. Thank you Piu Bello. World class service and a business that cares about its patrons.

I cannot understand why this place doesnt have a SOLID five stars. Pizza is my #1 favorite food and Ive tried it literally everywhere (not just in Atlanta or Buckhead, where this place is also the clear winner). What a hidden gem inside the Disco Kroger shopping center. I get this pizza every time Im in town and look forward to it in advance! Great NY-style pizza with delicious sauce, interesting combinations such as lasagna pizza, and pizza by the slice even available. If you have a normal appetite, one slice will fill you up (but youll crave more because its so darn good). I am going by the FOOD here, though the staff is also always kind and accommodating. Willing to bet if this place had a Fellinis-like location (this food is far superior), it would have many more reviews at a solid five stars. Understanding that everyones taste buds differ, if you are a hard-core pizza lover, youre going to LOVE Piu Bello. Period. :)

So I go in here and order full order or regular spaghetti with sauce, my plate comes out and its huge but I didnt think it was worth 11 dollars worth of spaghetti so go I go ask the cashier with the mustache and the pony tail if that was a full order he then chuckled and said yes.... as Im waiting for him to ask me if there is a problem nothing comes out of his mouth and had a 3 sec pause and I said ok and ate the "full order" spaghetti with sauce and left. Customer service sucks and amount and of food is not worth it... oh and some guy who had same size plate as mine and with spaghetti seemed to have a lot more on his than mine. Smh one star too many. This place sucks over all

We were looking for a New York style pizza before heading back home, this was a great pick! The pizza was delicious! It was hot and ready in less than 20 minutes. We asked if they had any butter dipping sauces and server said no. I asked if they had melted butter and garlic to mix and make a dip for the crust. The server was more than willing to make it. When she brought it out, it was fresh minced garlic and parsley in the melted butter, it was DELICIOUS! The bathrooms were clean and seating area clean as well. The service was great and the staff was very welcoming! Wonderful atmosphere and food! Prices are good too!

Ive been a long time, loyal customer, but the last half dozen times or so Ive ordered delivery, Ive noticed longer and longer wait times. Sometimes well over the one hour estimate, up to even 1.5 hours, but I hung in there. Last night I was stuck working late and ordered delivery. After waiting almost 1.5 hours, I called and asked about my order status. PB said it should only be about 10 more minutes - max. At almost 2.5 hours of waiting, I cancelled my order. The lack of respect for customers time is so astonishing, I almost cant even believe it. Its really a shame because they actually have pretty decent food.

Worst calzone Ive ever had. Not only was it burnt on top but the cheese was so low quality you might as well buy frozen cheese sticks. I couldnt even stomach the so-called "meatball" calzone. It tasted like Chef Boyardee meat. Gross. To top it off even the garlic knots were burned. And who could screw up Tiramisu?! These guys. Totally saturated with liquor to the point of being dripping wet and WAY too much whipped cream. SO glad we got a discount off our first order because it wasnt even worth the $10 total that we paid. We will never eat here again, worst pizza place in Atlanta!!!

Very unfortunate. I placed a Grub Hub order with this restaurant around 9pm. The restaurant accepted my order and took my money. And then closed at 9:30pm. I did not find this out till almost 2 hours later when nothing had been delivered and there had been no updates from my Grub Hub account. This is a shame because I had heard good things about Piu Bello, but I will not be recommending them or using them because of the incredible inconvenience they caused me. They should have never accepted the order if they planned on closing without sending it to me.

You have to try the Barbecue Chicken Pizza, it is absolutely fantastic! From the moment the rich and tantalizing sauce touches your lips you are transported to that happy place where only good food can take you. And best yet, you have just gotten started. The chicken is flavorful and cheese a briliant compliment to the entire recipe. If you have the chance to stop in, the wonderful will be sure to give yoi great service and delight in serving you up your own private slice of deliciousness.

While staying in the nearby Hyatt Place we walked over to Piu Bello for pizza. The pizza is exactly like NY thin crust. Wow. As good as the pizza is, the customer service is even better. Ted was behind the counter and not only graciously handled our unusual order, but when I told him we were taking slices back to our sons at the hotel, he put pieces of aluminum foil underneath and on top of the slices to keep them hot since it was cold outside. Talk about going above and beyond.

Great quality food and great prices. I love Piu Bello, everything Ive tried from Piu Bello has been excellent. Last time I was there I requested a side of alfredo sauce, I wanted to mix it into my pasta to create a cardinale sauce. They gave me a a pretty large portion for only $2 extra. The food is always amazing as well as the customer service and the prices are great for the quality of food.

Having grown up in Long Island, New York I consider myself a pizza connoisseur. I eat pizza as often as I can and since moving to Atlanta nothing has come close to matching the pizza in New York as Piu Bello. The specialty slices are great, plain cheese pizza is great, garlic knots, chicken parm, etc. Honestly I have never had a bad meal there. Def go check out this restaurant.

Ordered a large pepperoni pizza for carry out and it was one of the best pizzas Ive ever had. Perfect amount of (delicious) sauce, cheese and meat and great NY style chewy crust. Easily comparable to the best of what you might find in New Jersey or New York, which for some reason is really hard for most places outside of NJ and NY to accomplish! 10/10 would devour again!
