Pulled into the drive through line at 12:38 AM on 8/31/14 (Sunday) and didnt get a response of any kind from the scheduled employee. The drive through is listed as open until 2 AM. After about 3 mins of sitting at the speaker, a customer drove by saying that he had come through about 15 mins earlier and the same thing had happened to him. I chose to stick around about 5 more mins, and at 12:46 AM, a delivery truck arrived and I saw the employee get up from a booth in the lobby, as if he had been napping. Having been in a managerial position in the fast food industry for roughly 5 years, thats simply unacceptable, and I decided to take my business elsewhere.

I used to hate going to this particular Taco Bell just because the tacos shells were always old and crusty and the service was never great or my order was almost guaranteed to be wrong. But Ive been going there a couple of times for the past month and I can tell there are new people and new managers... because the service is amazing. Everyone is SO friendly during the drive-thru. The tacos are always fresh now. Its my favorite Taco Bell to go to now. Day shift AND night shift got it goin on! I love taco bell and this one is so close to my apartment. I will be visiting quite often. :-)

I Ordered tonight through the mobile app. I got a spicy tostada fresco style and a grilled 7 layer burrito fresco style. They got the tostada right but it only came with four bits of diced tomatoes actually on the tostada and there were about ten bits on the cardboard box along with some lettuce strewn off to the side. There were four things wrong with the burrito. 1. its wasnt grilled 2. there was no pico de Gallo 3. there was no lettuce 4. guacamole was added for some reason. Will not be going back.

Love taco bell but hate this particular one. Got my order wrong twice in less than 2 minutes. Not joking. Asked for hot sauce....guess who pulled off only to find no hot sauce in the bag? Asked for two fiery laco tacos...guess who got one instead? Save yourself the frustration if youre already having a bad day...or even good day for that matter

Employees were rude, bathrooms are filthy. Food was wrong multiple times, and when I brought the food back, they tried to argue with me and told me that I never ordered, WHICH I DID. manager is not friendly, nor polite. I like taco bell because its fast and cheap but I dont think Ill be going back to this one ever again.

Has to be one the most worn down, poorly maintained Taco Bell I have ever been in. Tables worn and booth has tear in fabric. Parking lot crumbling. Windows not clean. And bathroom looks like painted over old room from a roadside gas station. But service was fine and food decent, hence 2 instead of 1 star.

Stopped in after a LONG day of work. Whoever the duo was tonight is awesome! I pulled up at 1:02, with two cars in front of me, and three cars behind me. I was pulling out by 1:10, with not only a perfect order but with the condiments and utensils I needed. Im impressed!

The times online said 3am. They closed at 2am. Right in the middle of my order, and said the system shut down right before she gave me the price of my meal and told me to pull up. How could she not finish my order that she was in the middle of. Taco hell sucks

I love Taco Bell but if you want them to leave something off your burrito dont even bother. Just go somewhere else cause they wont. No matter how many times I go there and ask for no sour cream they always still put the sour cream on there.......

i love tacobell ithink they keep the restarunt clean and the bathrooms clean and smelling good the service is fast and if they mess up an order they give me a whole new order and sometimes something free... i eat here allll the time

i love coming here for breakfast but when your store hours are at 7am and i get there at 7:20am i would have expected the doors not to be locked and the drive thru to have answered me the 2 times i went in one morning

I love taco bell and somehow even tho this has to be the slowest most un organized restaurant I have ever seen the food is amazingly right when I get it.. If your in a hurry dont even think about stopping here...

Pretty consistant Taco Bell, the food always comes out fast and my order is always right. I love the big old school dining area. Its nice to have a lot of space when you decide to eat inside.

Expect to sit in the drive-thru for 10 minutes. The last time I was there we waited 5 minutes to order and another 20 before we abandoned the line and went elsewhere. Consistently slow.
