I never usually write reviews for anything but with this HORRIBLE experience... I just had to. Taste of Indias motto is "service, taste, experience." Lets first start with the service, which was straight out horrible. Whoever runs this place seriously needs to train their employees to actually care for their customers. We came for the lunch buffet, and we fortunately got seated pretty quickly. When we were getting our second and third plates from the buffet... not one staff member even considers coming to our table and picking up our cluttered table full of dirty plates. We came with a party of six and in the small table that we already were sitting in... we found our selves having an extremely hard time to eat. Second, not once did the staff come to refill our glasses of TAP WATER, as we quickly drank this water due to how spicy the food was. Dont get me wrong... our family eats an insane amount of spice but this resteraunt made most foods way to spicy. Lastly, we wanted one of the staff to take a picture of us at our table but he had a rude answer and said "no, do it yourself". We were shocked by his attitude, and while I can keep telling about the bad service lets move on to the food. Much of the food was lukewarm/cold, and was also spicy too. Once a dish was all eaten, it takes the staff 30+ minutes to refill it. In our experience... the naans were gone and it took around 30-35 mins to refill. They are NAANS, I mean how long does it take to make them (they didnt taste like they made them fresh there either). The naans were also very very hard to chew too. We even saw flies buzzing around near the buffet, not a very good sign. All the meat dishes contain all bones, no meat whatsoever. Again... while the food was horrible the experience was the worst part. To begin, THE RESTERAUNT WAS 89 DEGREES. WE WERE ALL SWEATING SO MUCH (we know exact because we saw the thermostat which was located near the kitchen door). They dont even have the decency to turn on the A.C. We found that outside, in which the temperature was 87 degrees felt much better than inside. The whole place too was sooooo smoky. It was so smoky, we were all coughing so much and we could barely see to the other side. You may think Im exaggerating, but this is the 100% truth. The reason for the heat and smoke is because the kitchen door is always open, and this causes and unhealthy amount of heat and smoke. The place was filthy, tables were ok but the floor was full of kids messes of wrapppers, rice grains, meat bones, and leftover curry. The staff doesnt even put an effort to clean any of that up. The places ambience was the worst, some tables that have stained white tablecloth with some red napkins inside it below a glass pane, surrounded by some very uncomfortable chairs. The rest of the place had dreary white colored walls with some frames that added no value to the resteraunt. The worst part of this all were the bugs. Bugs everywhere. Everywhere. On the ground near the kitchen, near the food, near the people, they have some serious infestation due to the uncleanliness of the resteraunt. I had to use the bathroom while I was there but I refrained myself from doing so as I can only imagine how filthy that would of been. Now, if you read this whole review, you understand how bad this resteraunt is and I hope that nobody has to go through the experience we did. I never wrote a review and I writing a review of this size as my first review can only show you how pathetic this sorry excuse for a indian resteraunt is. Please, save your time and money and treat yourself to a better resteraunt such as mellow mushroom which is near by, and dont waste your hard earned money at this filthy joint.

We went to the restaurant on a hot summer Sunday evening when the outside temperature was close to 95F. The ambience was not good, especially when compared to the nearby Indian restuarant SriKrishna Vilas. We ordered chilli fish, chicken biryani, tandoori chicken and chicken noodles. The chilli fish was not cooked well at all and I would not recommend this dish. The chicken noodles was not even made out of noodles, but made of Vermicilli(an indian food item) which does not do justice to a traditional noodle dish. The tandoori chicken was good. BUT, what made the entire experience a disaster was the fact that there the AC was not working in the restaurant and the owner+staff did not have the courtesy to inform the clients about this fact when we came in. They had a standing fan running, but that was in no way sufficient. Imagine eating hot spicy Indian food on a summer evening with no AC on...the entire experience was ruined along with the staffs demeanor. Three of the staff members stood near the fan to cool themselves off while the customers had to experience the discomfort of trying to eat food in a restaurant with no AC and no good ambience. To top it off, when I suggested to the owner + manager when walking out, to let the customers know when they come in about the AC problem, they displayed total unprofessionalism. The owner had this smug grin and the attitude that u can suggest all you want but I aint doing nothing about it. Also, one of the servers/waiters was asking the person in the next table to tip him with cash and not on the credit card.. In all, the food is ok for takeout, the restaurant is a BIG NO for dine in. Remember, you dont want to pay 50$ for a dismal dining experience when you can get a much better service in the multitude of Indian restaurants nearby.

What I like here is the taste of Biryani, goat or chicken. Buffet is awesome all week through. Biryani buffet on Wednesday is my personal favorite. I prefer goat to chicken. Ive had goat Biryani at other Indian restaurants in and around Alpharetta, however the taste was subpar and disappointing. Having said all this, I dont quite understand why the taste of goat Biryani differs every other day. The goat Biryani served during Wednesday evening buffet is not their usual standard. The carry out packaging has gone down in size while the price is the same. You got to be lucky on any given day to taste goat/chicken-biryani at their(restaurants) best prepared way.

Taste of India Cuisine serves up a portion of the most delectable Indian nourishment in the Greater Atlanta Area-my better half and I travel a considerable separation just to appreciate the Indian sustenance served up here. Having been to India myself, I can guarantee that the nourishment offered here adversaries that found in nation. The Kodi vepadu here is an awesome chicken fry land the Garlic Naan is all you have to finish the feast. Everything else we have had here is likewise superb, from the Veg Samosas to the Gulab Jamun and Kheer (Rice Pudding). Furthermore, the servers are greatly amicable and quick general this is a radiant Indian eatery.

Initially I liked the restra.. specially manchurian and paneer tikka. But its just difference of the cook.. same thing is good on a day might be the worse tomorrow... But all of didnt matter after one day when I asked them for some onion salad.. The waiter served us cut onion with a cockroach cut with it in the plate. It was a horrible seen... to realise how many cockroaches must be there on their kitchen counter and chopping board.. and noone ever might have cared about removing them.. that one of the cockroach was cut with the onion and served to us... Horrible horrible horrible....
