I wish there was a way to give a negative rating. My husband and daughter went to this place yesterday and ordered. There were 6 teenagers working there. One of their friends came in after my family ordered. The employees begin talking and joking around with this person. My family waited 15 minutes for their food because the teen workers were talking to other people, while the friend who came in after them left with his food before my husband and daughter. When they got home, my daughters simple ham and cheese only sandwich had lettuce, tomatoes, and onions all over it. On top of all of this, when they got to the store there was an elderly customer in a neckbrace waiting for his food. When his food was (finally) ready, none of 6 teenage employees or the manager bothered to help this man out of the door while they could clearly see that he was struggling to carry his food and hold the door open. Very rude! We will never go back.

worst Firehouse Ive been to. I always order light mayo and they pile it on. I gave them another chance and asked for very light mayo on one side not both and they wrote "picky" all over my order ticket. I also asked for wheat bread and they gave me white...how do they mess this up. Too bad the food is decent. Also - no wifi ... negative.

Just picked up take-out 12inch tuna sub. Boy was I surprised when I got home. There was barely a hint of tuna on this sandwich, but lots of bread. I give you 1 star for nothing, because, you will get nothing from me ever again.
