I love Panda Express but this ones customer service was terrible! I look ahead and make sure that we have a decent amount of time before closing to get our food. We pull up in the drive-thru line about 9:15-9:20 (they close at 10). We spend more than 15 minutes waiting for the person in front of us to order (and it wasnt their fault, they had to wait for the server to be ready on the intercom). By the time its our turn to order, its 9:38. We wanted two bowls of orange chicken and fried rice. When we pull up to FINALLY order, they tell us that the kitchen closes at 9:30 with the lobby and they will not be making anymore food and we have to choose from what they have left! I would understand if they didnt want to make or ran out of meat because its expensive to have leftovers, but they told us that they were out of FRIED RICE and they were not going to make anymore because it is too costly to have leftovers (and yes, thats what we were told)! Fried rice may be the food that is the easiest and cheapest to make and the food that goes the fastest. There is a line of cars behind us that probably also wants fried rice, and youre telling me that youre not going to give your customers what they want to order?? No. This is unexceptable! A restaurant is supposed to give customers what THEY want, not what is left, ESPECIALLY when they advertise that they close at 10! And particularly when it comes to making something as cheap as RICE. Something tells me they were lazy and had probably already cleaned up and ready to walk out the door once 10:00 hit. Maybe if they served the customers quicker, we would have made it to the intercom before 9:30 so we could have the order we wanted instead of sitting and waiting for 15+ minutes for ONE customer to give their order.

Went through the drive through and ordered a plate of double Kung Pao Chicken and a plate of double teriyaki chicken. I was told at the window that it would be 8 minutes and to pull in front of the store and wait. I kept waiting to the point to ask if they forgot about me sitting out there waiting... finally after 15 minutes they brought my food to me. The girl handed me my food and walked, didnt apologize or tell me to have a great day. Horrible customer service! Whats the point of having a drive thru to be convenient? Also, when its dinner time why wouldnt you already have food prepared? Lastly, my food was thrown into my bag (I had asked for a discount but they said all they could do was give me an extra side of teriyaki chicken) the teriyaki chicken was put in the bag upside down and it leaked all over the seat in my car along with the sauce of teriyaki thats lid popped off and got everywhere as well... can you say pissed?!?! I will not be coming back here for awhile!!

I had never been here before, but Ive always used the orange sauce on my own home made beer battered chicken, and that stuff is awesome. I picked up broccoli beef and orange chicken with fried rice (two separate orders). The food was TINY portions. The broccoli beef should just be called broccoli. There was no taste, and there was the equivalent to 1/3 of a slice of salami worth of beef. The orange chicken wasnt even close to the way I make it. The only decent part of the "meal" was the two spoonfuls of vegetable fried rice. I know this is drive-thru Asian food. But NOT worth it. Yuck. The only thing this place has going for it, is the cell tower next to it. Yeah, you have good cell service.

This place has horrible customer service! Every single time we eat here, they get some part of our order wrong. EVERY SINGLE TIME. Most of the time the teenagers working have an attitude and have no idea how to serve people. I call to make a complaint and they cant even handle that correctly. The first boy that answered said the manager was busy, then the next lady tells me the manager is out of town for the whole week. Amazing. The only reason I still eat at this location is because its the only one near our house. Despite their crappy service, the food is still good. GET IT TOGETHER!

Venturing up the adventurous highway 41, my friend and I were on a quest to find some of the finest, most magnificent Chinese food known to man. As we began to pass stores in the Acworth area, over the horizon we spotted the gleaming light of the wonderful chain, Panda Express. As we continued into the restaurant we were greeted with warm smiles and even warmer food that was delicious. We were served with care and when my friend dropped his food they gave him another plate. What a class act Panda... What a class act.

Gave this place two chances and had bad experiences both times. The first time i noticed the server looked at one of my cream cheese rangoons funny as she put it in the bag. When I got in the car I checked them, and the one she looked at funny was just a fried shell with no cream cheese. She noticed it, but gave it to me anyway. The second time I went they forgot to include the teriyaki sauce for my teriyaki chicken. Im not giving this place a third chance.

No High chair. They only have 2 high chairs and they were being used. It was a little on the dirty side inside. They were busy so it could be just from high traffic. Either way, we had no chair for our son. We went somewhere else... Update: We went another Panda Express in Kennesaw and they also only have 2 high chairs. It looks like thats the standard amount for the franchise. Not good during high traffic times when they would both be in use.

First time here and looking for these huge portions everybody talking about. My one scoop of Beijing beef and kung pao chicken is huge portions to an 8 year old little girl. Oh fella that came in after me have decent portions maybe he a regular? I wouldnt know because I wont be back I cant afford ten bucks for a child plate.

My daughter asked for the crispy shrimp, not listed on the menu. The young man who served us said its not in the menu because they are worse than chicken nuggets, like dog food. He also stated that nobody orders them. My daughter likes them and this was a slap in her face. Not cool to shame your employer and your customer.

We went during lunch on Sunday, it wasnt super busy. I ordered the substitute they had for bourbon chicken and it was terrible. They exchanged that side item with no questions asked and got me orange chicken instead. Very nice of them! Above and beyond customer service

Im so glad this panda express actually has a drive, where the one closest to Kennesaw State doesnt. They are a little slow to get the orders out, and they take your orders very accurately and quickly. That said, the food is very well made (for a Panda Express).

Absolutely awful. They gave us someone elses order in the drive thru so when we went inside to get our correct order, they just put some chow mein in a to go container and didnt correct their mistake with our entrees. We live close and will never return.
