I dont even know how to leave less than one star, otherwise, I would. This location does not deserve it. Two days ago I used the online ordering app to order dinner for my kids and I. The online ordering app is fantastic, and user friendly, you select your desired burger, specifically state what you would like for it to contain, and submit. Any child with a third grade education could then build the burger with exactly what is printed on the receipt sent to the restaurant. When we got our food home, both of my sons burgers were not made correctly, but the worst thing that we experienced was that inside my daughters burger was a latex glove. When I called and spoke to Savanna, the shift leader, she stated that they would comp the meal and re-make it. When my son arrived back at the restaurant, she had then changed her mind and said that they would not re-make and refund. So he was then given no choice but to pick up the food they had made and come back home. When he arrived and told me what had happened I called back and again spoke to Savanna and requested the franchise owners information, which she refused, the district managers information, which she refused,and requested a call back from the restaurant manager. I gave her my number for a call back. About ten minutes later, Savanna called back and stated that she had spoken to the store manager, and that they authorized the refund due to the disgusting circumstances. At that time, I let her know that even the second order was incorrect, my burger contained mushrooms, which I do not eat, and was not on my order. When we then went to get the refund, they stated that they had changed their mind and that they were not going to refund the meal. When I contacted the manager at a different location that is within their franchise group, he stated that it is not their policy to not refund, and agreed that the circumstances definitely warranted a refund. Be careful eating at this location, they take no pride in upholding the quality expected from a FiveGuys restaurant, and are extremely rude and deceiving. Do not eat here!!!

Jan 2015 - Last week I had an issue with BurgerFi in Kennesaw, a BIG let down and that prompted us to give Five Guys in Acworth another try. I dont know if its due to the holidays, staffing issues and the like, but the quality of the food served today was beyond sad. They switched their hot dog buns and served us a very large, stale roll. Bacon on the dawg? Small little chucks of what bacon should be? Really? The burgers have shrunk to a McDs size, and cooked until theyre beyond recognition. They now have 3 sizes of fries and apparently, the medium fries are so small they dont even fill a 4oz water cup. That was probably for the best as they were mostly raw and dripping in grease. Hint: A fryer needs to be on to cook fries - that would be the little red light meaning the fryer is "on". This Five Guys is officially off my list of restaurants. Im done. Dec 2014 - my once love of Five Guys is gone. I use to rant about Five Guys to anyone who would listen a few years ago as 4 of us could eat lunch for $25. That was the old days when covered wagons rolled across the plains... Wait a sec... that was actually in 2012. I swung buy earlier this month for a cheeseburger (2 patties), no fries, no drink, as I was in the middle of a yard work run to Home Depot. I handed the cashier $6 and was told, thats not enough. HUH? My bill with tax for a cheeseburger was almost $7! Im going to give Wendys another try when I want a fast cheeseburger. Goodbye Five Guys, it was a good run we had. I may stop in at the asking of one of my kids, but beyond that, when I feel like paying $7 for a cheeseburger Ill drag my kids to Burger Fi in downtown Kennesaw as I can wash down the price with a cold draft beer.

Couple of people ahead of me ordered two burgers and fries. Noticed no cook was in sight! I ordered same thing, two burgers and fries. Still no cook. I commented on this to cashier. She smiled and said yes she would be back there cooking in a bit. Still no other cook. Finally gal came from office within hearing range of orders called out. She very leisurely started cooking. Cashier helped some but had to get back to cashierin. Not pleased. Poor management!!

The food was bland and unseasoned. Grilled mushrooms werent grilled they were canned, grilled onions and peppers were cooked what was probably hours ago. "Famous fries" were grease soaked also cold and obviously older. Honestly, best part of the meal was the free peanuts. Must be privately owned , because Ive never had an experience this bad at a 5s before

I have enjoyed Five Guys in many locations but this one was terrible. The fries were terrible they had so much Cajun seasoning they had to be thrown away. I received the core from a head of lettuce and 2 slices of tomato greener than the beer on Saint Patricks Day. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this location.

This crew is on their A game today! They couldnt get my $15 gift card to work, so they comped our meal. I promise Ill be back! Then I accidentally left my purse! They kept it safe for me and brought it out to me when I got there. Great job! Great food!

Overpriced, zero atmosphere. If you like paying a lot for your burger, and getting everything a la carte, this is your place. If Im going to pay too much for a burger, Im picking Fuddruckers.

My wife and kids and I love the burgers from this place. Very tasty. And they give you TONS of fries. If youre ordered for two, just get one order of fries -- thatll be plenty.
