March 2016 Pros: Friendly. Helpful staff. Good fresh squeezed lemonade, fresh cut french fries made for your order. Brought hot to your table. Location right off I-75, easy on & off access. Loved that they actually had vegetarian options! Kids meal = any 4" sandwich off the menu made to order, w/ any drink (including the fresh lemonade in a reusable, lidded, plastic cup & bendy straw, ) a small fries & a cool rainbow lollipop! Good tomatoes on the sandwiches. Minor Cons: Sandwiches a little pricy for amount of filling/meat (but quality was far better than something like a Subway sandwich). Seating area was near an adjoining building with a restroom that had a strong scented air-freshener (which could be a good thing…). The scent permeated the entire dining area to a slightly uncomfortable level.

Worst customer service and food quality I have ever had at a Penn Station. Wanted a quick stop while driving through the area. Great location right off the exit. Took over 23 minutes for a flat, soggy, tasteless pizza sub. Employees didnt mind talking about their personal lives while customers waited for them to work. I enjoy visiting the Penn Station in Lexington but I will never return to this Penn Station.

This is the worst Penn Station I have ever been to. Probably the worst place Ive been to period, as far as service. I called three or four times and was hung up on each time after they asked for my name for carryout. So I walked in after they took my order and they didnt even take my order apparently.then they took forever to drop my fries. Never will come back again

I love Penn Station but I just couldnt bring myself to eat here. Cashiers were handing money and back to food without washing their hands. The grill cook was splitting the rolls with her thumbnails instead of a knife. The last straw was the guy doing prep work while talking on the phone and drops the provolone cheese on the floor, picks it up and keeps on slicing.

Terrible experience here. Staff was unprofessional and rude. They were hanging all over each other at the end of the make line. No one wore gloves. They were touching register, faces, etc and then preparing food without a glove change or hand wash. They got 2/3 of our sandwiches wrong, and worked incredibly slowly. Needless to say, we will not be back.

This place is so so so slow. Workers were rude, the three putting our sandwiches together were like all over each other, laughing, and obnoxious. It was dirty and unprofessional. This was my first experience at a Penn Station and I will not be returning.

Really bad customer service. Such a long line of guests waiting for their food and the employees have no sense of urgency and are instead, moving very slowing and laughing behind the counter. They could not be any slower if they tried.

Employees are the rudest. They always act like everything is a problem to them. Ask them for one thing and it seems a bother to them. They always mess up our orders and are very inappropriate and unprofessional.

They were very slow there was only a hand full off guest there. I didnt get what I ordered. But instead of complaining and taking another half hour to stop I ate it. And it wasnt bad.

They couldnt find a can opener to open a can of artichokes so they tried a knife but broke the knife. So no artichokes today even though 10 cans were on the shelf.
