Was there for breakfast this morning and it was cold old and was very short on the amount of product that was supposed to be in the Crunchwrap there was a teaspoon of eggs in the w rap that looked like they were from last night cheese was cold hard and unmelted then when I took it in completely open and showed it to the person who made it they asked me what was wrong with it and couldnt seem to understand how bad of condition it was in and that there was a lack of quality there

This taco bell has become nasty poorly maintained and the management has gotten pretty poor lately as well sorry to say it but it pays to drive a little further to get good food and services they are so slow and the food is always cold and nasty if I could give them no stars I would and it looks like the people have spoken this place sucks I drive to Lawrenceburg now so much better and nicer and they get it right

Waited 25 + minutes for my order and received cold food. Received an apology after calling to let them know, but all I got was an excuse about how previously they received large orders. That means dont put my order together yet!! I watched the vehicle in front of me skip out on their order, so apparently I was not the only disappointed customer.

Was really disappointed with the quality of tacos that were served for my order. There was hardly any fillings at all. Definitely it was not the advertised taco thats pictured in their ad photos. Very disgusted, will never eat there again. Would have been ashamed to serve this to any customer.

I pulled in at 2:45am after DJing at the bar. The lights were on and everything looked open. As I pulled up to the drive thru speaker, they turned the lights off. This was clearly at 2:45 and they are open until 3:00. It was just disrespectful.

This place sucks. The food is always wrong and cold. I feel bad for some of the employees because they sure always clearly stressed and under trained. The store is not very clean either. Orders are inaccurate and food is never warm.

Order was wrong and very long wait for food. Store was dirty and Im almost certain there were a few kids selling weed or pills in the parking lot. The kid behind the counter was very helpful and competent however.
