I am not a harsh reviewer, I nearly always give places the benefit of the doubt. But man, this place just kept striking out. We got here on a Wednesday evening around 6pm. It took about 10 minutes to seat us, which seemed a little strange since it wasnt very busy. But we had a party of 7 so I didnt think too much of it. Our drinks came out in maybe 15 minutes (which also seemed a little long since most of us got water and the rest only got soda.) We didnt get our food for nearly an HOUR after we were seated, our waiter only showed up once in that time to give us refills, the alcohol I ordered still hadnt shown up after wed already had our food for 10 minutes (when Id ordered the drink right after the food order was placed.) We had 4 vegetarians, and 3 meat eaters in our party. Everyone ordered a burger, 4 bean burgers with avacado and 3 meat patties with bacon. We had to pick the bacon off of the bean patties and give them to the meat eaters in the group. I had one small slice of avocado on my burger and when I asked for more they said Oh yeah sure! And then never brought it or mentioned it again. My boyfriend ordered fries with his burger and there were literally 7 shoe string fries on his plate. The food was quite good, but the service was beyond terrible. If we didnt have to rush out (because the whole experience took nearly 2 hours) then I would have spoken to the manager. If you go here, no matter what day or time, give yourself extra time and check all your food before you let the waiter leave. God speed to anyone who tries this place.

Absolutely hated it. RUINED MY ANNIVERSARY DINNER! First off the mixed drinks were pure alcohol, there was a ladder next to our table like they were hangin decorations an left it there. Then the floor was so sticky it was on my sandals. There were dirty tables an plates everywhere even at the bar! Then took 45 minutes for 2 appetizer orders. By time for food to come you could tell it sat under heat lamp for some time. Guacamole had hardened layer on top layer which only happens when has sat for some time. Food just looked horrible. By then my husbands stomache was bothering an i went to bar an asked for boxes an my check. Girl gave me boxes then proceeded to play on her phone. My husband had to go up an ask for check again since his stomache was hurting really bad then. Finally received check an left quickly. This was our 2 year anniversary an he loved TGIF mudslides (originally had at the old restaurant in beechmont) an main reason we went there. EXTREMELY DISSAPPOINTED AN UNSATISFIED CUSTOMERS!!!

Pathetic....... Whoever owns... Or is General manager of this GLENNWAY AVE LOCATION.... PATHETIC.... Walk in, dirty tables, go to the bar surface... Disgusting.. Beyond needing wiped off.... Bartender had no idea what was on draft. But knew where her open box of Camel cigaretts were... The aparrent bartender was to busy on the phone to take our order... Menus.... Disgusting.. Just throw them away!! Food grit boogers? Who knows stuck to the pages.. Racks of dishwasher containers laying around due to lack of chores putting away... Put the order in for an appetizer... 25 min wait.. Thoght chicken Quesadas were supposed to have chicken on them... Cheese and dough/ wrap only... Pathetic... Floors are dirty bathrooms are hit.. NO MANGER TO BE FOUND.. LIKE IT WOULD EVEN MATTER!! my advice... Whoever. Owns this location FIRE EVERY PERSON AND START OVER CLOSE UNTIL A PROFFESIONAL CKEANING CREW AND CONTRACTOR CLEAR THE BUILDING.... GOOD LUCK NOT COMMING BACK.... PATHETIC!!

We had a girls night out and stopped at Fridays for late night dinner. We sat in the bar on a Tuesday night and the specials were $4 Long Islands which were very good and they also had unlimited apps for $10 a person. Everything we had was delicious its a limited menu for the promotion but there was lots to choose from and many of the most popular apps were on it. I doubt we could have had anything better on a Tuesday night anywhere in town. The friends were great, the drinks were nice and the food looked lovely and tasted as good as it looked. Our service was terrific and we ran her to death between the 3 of us and our side waters, extra sauces and unlimited appetites! I would definitely go back, I plan on looking into what days they run the $10 appetizers so I can go fill my belly again. Restaraunt looked clean, open late, great service, good and atmosphere.

My experiences started off nice, the food and atmosphere were great and the service was sufficient. Over time I have seen staffing decrease which came with worse service and decor. I am currently sitting in the restaurant (7/15/17) and service continues to struggle. Your waitress will not frequent your table or offer much like extra napkins which are not available at the table. My menu had food stains from prior use on the pages. I will say that not normally the staff seems to have a nice attitude but at times they seem preoccupied. I have only had one occasion where I was not satisfied with the food so the kitchen is a bright side of my experiences.

I just moved into the area. Ive been to this restaurant twice and sad to say Im not satisfied with the service AT ALL. Having a serving background I have patience and I understand but when it takes 15 minutes for someone to greet and take my order when there is only 5 people total dinning, I have a problem with that. Each waiter just walks past like your not sitting there with a menu wide open starring and waiting for your server. I hate poor customer service and I leave great tips. I love Fridays and it Sucks but Ill be driving the extra 15 minutes to get to a better fridays and I literally live around the corner from this one. Terrible shame.

Horrible horrible! Worst visit ever! I was part of a party of 12. First, our waitress took 20 minutes to take our drink order. Then we had to stop her so we could order. Then only three people got there food and she didnt come back. We had to get the manager to go find her! Then someone else had to bring the rest of our order out. After the manager told us she was "helping" in the kitchen. Another waiter told us she was crying in the kitchen! And to make matters worse, we gave them almost 2 hours notice before coming in! They tried to make it up by taking some idems off the check, but after that visit, we will never be back!

Took 15 mins to get a refill of water. There was like 20 people in the place, so it wasnt a matter of being busy. Waitress tells me I can use a coupon then when bill comes we cant use it. The first time the bill comes, it wasnt even ours. In total it took 10 mins to even get the correct bill. She had already "used" the code. Then manager comes to table and is a complete ass. So they handwritght a not on coupon that says its still good. Only problem is, I wouldnt go back to this location if its the place on earth. Horrible ribs. Man, really, avoid this place at all costs.
