So we show up and wait 10 min and I had to call yes I said CALL to have them seat us. Our server linda was her name not that she introduced her self. Came to take our drink order. Then she dropped them off and took our order. We did not see her again for 45 min but anouther server got us a drink and checked in on us. Now you see that i said 45 min right. They bring just my plate with just some of the stuff i orderd like the meat and some beans not the mashed or the gravy not my wifes order.. we set there for that long and tgey cant even bring out the food right! We go to talk to the manager and she starts yelling at us as if were out falt like i said YELLING AT US!!!! That is when i went all Marine on her and told this lady how to talk to costumers. Even as i tried walking out she wanted to yell. PISS POOR Manager. This was not our first issue but our last dont go to this hell hole.

We have been to the restaurant in the past and the food and service were great...on 4/25/2014 we were very disappointed with the service...We arrived at 8:15 pm.... waited 5 min to be seated...there were about 7 tables being used... we were seated at 8:20....never saw a waitress until 8:35....waitress was a thin elderly woman....finally got our drinks at 8:45....once our food arrived....which was good.... never saw the waitress again...not even to refill our drinks ....she only had several tables...Horrible Service....probably wont be back....maybe thats the reason only 7 tables were being used...

The food is very good and is cooked with love. The service is extremely slow it took forever to get a waitress to take my order. I waited for about 20 minutes just for 1 waffle and two sausage patties!! Also they seem skeptical possibly racist towards black people. The manager kept watching my every move and was watching me as I paid for my food. I advise the management staff to not be so worried about the customers, but more focused on making the food time more efficient and appropriate!!!

Tonight this place was slammed busy, server was bouncing around like a bobble head and service was struggling. Manager on duty jumped in to help make sure everyone and everything was kept to Bob Evans standards. Very impressed by her willingness to help her team in a pinch. Food was excellent and came out in a reasonable amount of time given the number of tables that had patrons..

My husband & I go there almost every Saturday for breakfast. The staff is very friendly & efficient, esp the managers & asst mgrs. Our Most Favorite waitress Kelly left a while back and we miss her dearly. The other wait staff have been pretty awesome too. One thing is the managers are very willing to listen and fix issues if they arise. (rarely for us) See you Saturday BE!

I stopped in for lunch and found the dining room to be comfortable. The food was a little overpriced but delicious. It will cost more than ten dollars to get a burger and fries and that does not include a drink. I chose the mushroom burger and it was probably the best I have had in years! The service was great and I would eat here again.

The service was good but the food wzs not very good. The crispy bacon was like cardboard and the eggs were overcooked. The pancakes were not light or fluffy. They remade the pancakes but they wete still flat and doughy. Maybe the pancake mix was old. I wouldnt recommend this restaurant fue to the poor quality of the food.

My husband and I have eaten here for years. Weve always had wonderful meals and been served by a great staff. Everyone from the time you walk in to when you leave are super. The servers are always sweet and helpful. They have been there for years as well, so I think the management has something to do with that.

-Exactly what youd expect, but in a good way!- We came 10 minutes before closing so I cant describe the service accurately except perfect when slow. Food was up to par but not 5 star material but keep in mind, were talking about a Bob Evans here. Definitely recommended and is worth the low cost, give it a go!

There were seven of us on a Friday night at approximately 6:30 PM. All enjoyed our meals and the waitress was exceptional going "beyond the call of duty". The manager was very gracious and checked on us often and even gave us Shamrock cookies and two jokes. We had a wonderful experience and will be back.

We had a 25 minute wait to be seated on top of waiting close to 45 minutes for our order. They forgot my PANCAKES and my wifes hash browns. The scrambled eggs look and taste like cardboard the only thing good was the biscuits.. Wouldnt recommend and wouldnt return to another Bob Evans anywhere

We generally love Bob Evans but this one was not what we expected from visiting others. The waiter took very long to come to the table and every time we needed some him, hed be talking to his co-workers and not even look up to see why were were waving him down. Do not recommend.

Lots of apologies from the staff seems to be the norm, mainly due to inattention and slow service. Most Bob Evans have great location, but the usual older crowd doesnt seem to mind the service, and the parking lot always seems mostly empty no matter what time of day.

Great staff and service. Brittany, Raven, and all the others made us feel right at home while we were over there for tests at Moffitt. The one problem we had was that I suspect one of their items didnt agree with me at all, but the manager didnt seem too concerned.

I have eaten here twice and both times have been good. The last visit was for breakfast and the service was good and most of the food was good. The only issue was the toast was drenched in butter which was fine at first but as it sat through the meal it got soggy.

Food was great! We waited longer than we wanted for the food. One meal had to be boxed to go. We were told it would be 15 mins for that one meal but it was almost 25 mins before they boxed it to go. Service and serving of food should be quicker!

Food was great and the service was better! Our server AJ was awesome. She was so sweet and took great care of us. My kids absolutely adored her. And the food was so good my daughter wanted to meet the cook so she could thank him.

Great place to eat always order online and pick up on the weekends the family meals are great it says you can eat 4 but its for 6 or more , I love it here and the staff is always curtious with me, love the discounts also

I literally cried the last time we were there because the candied bacon was so delicious. Hahaha! Great place. Hope you dont get the server that says "thank you" after everything you say though, shes maddening.

The staff is always friendly and the quality of the food is better than expected. It definitely seems to appeal to the elderly crowd but Ive also seen families with young children enjoying themselves as well.
