Today is Friday and we had a late lunch - around 1:30 pm. Went in and waited at the entrance. Stood there around 10+ minutes waiting to be seated. The co-managers/owners were sitting at the booth immediately to the right of the door and ignored us. Finally, he jumps up and says "its open seating - sit anywhere." We looked around and 60% of the tables were dirty. We found a clean table. Waited for a menu and utensils. And waited and waited. Finally I got up and asked one of the manager/owners for menus and utensils. No one came to take our order. Had to get up again and ask the manager to take our order. We ordered a Cuban sandwich and hamburger with swiss cheese and mayo - cooked medium rare. Someone brought our drinks. Waited and waited and waited for food. Note that restaurant only had four tables occupied. There were two waiters who seemed busy and a delivery person - but two managers. Food comes. Hamburger bun was stale. No mayo. Asked waiter for mayo he said hed bring a packet. I replied NOOOOO - I ordered mayo on burger - please bring fresh may. Neither the Cuban sandwich nor the burger had any flavor - meaning ZERO flavor. It was a burger with ZERO spices and absolutely no taste to the meat. HAMBURGER HILL with tasteless burgers!! Ive never been to a restaurant where two managers did not pitch in and help when there was NO service - and tasteless food. RUN from Hamburger Hill Restaurant - do NOT eat here. The ONLY good thing was the lack of music which I loved. I hate noisy restaurants - it was so nice to have no music. It seemed these new owners are new to the restaurant business - but this place is clueless and the food is tasteless.

First experience was take out. It was ok. Went back for dine in, and we waited 30 mins before anyone acknowledged us sitting at table after being sat in back corner. Brought us the wrong order 2 times. Picked it backed up off our table after we touched plates, and took to correct people. My husband had to get to church to play service. We asked them several times to at least bring his so he can go, and they didnt so much as fill our drinks we finally got 20 minsprior. He took off after 50 mins with no food at all.I asked for manager, and few mins later a guy shows up with all our food in to go boxes. He said I took the drinks off because of the wait. I informed they should have been taken off because we never got a refill even after asking for them. Asked if they were going to comp my husbands food as he will now not eat for several hours when hes finished playing for services. The guy said I cant do that... im not giving away free food. I responded with how the entire morning went, including watching people come and go before we ever got this far. I asked for owners info. He informed me he was the owner, and again doesnt give away free food. I said we didnt come for free food, but now an hour and 15 mins in we dont expect to pay for a meal someone didnt even get to eat...especially breakfast food. I then asked to just write down the store information for me, and he got upset and said you can just leave tge store. The information is out there for you. I never got loud or caused any scene, but assured him I would review this place.

I have been to this location a few times. Everyone there is an issue. In the beginning I was patient with the issues, but it appears that there is a lack of concern from the server all the way to owner/operation director. Today we ordered breakfast. We were the only guest in the restaurant and the server had to take our order twice after trying to memorize the order. Then the food came out. She informed us that there was no white toast so we asked for Cuban instead. It took them 20 mins bring the toast out and it ended up being white toast and at this point we already finished. To top it all off when I approached the owner/operation director about my concern his attitude from the first second was very unwelcoming. Clearly his heart is not with guest and doesnt want to hear the concern of his guest! I would never come back to this place if they paid me and gave me free food for a year!!!! You can always fix the food but not the attitudes of those working there

What experience? There was no service at all, the lady serving us came out after we finished eating our meal to finally bring us our toast. They never have anything available, no turkey bacon, no toast, no eggs, no food. The manager seems to be the one teaching this poor service because when we spoke with him he seemed to not care much and said they are working on it. Not sure what there is to work on, its a food establishment that never has food. We ordered our meals she came back 10 mins letter to retake our order because she forgot. Brought our food out and came back half way through to finally tell us they had not white toast only to come back once we finished with white toast. HORRIBLE!!!! NEVER GO EAT THERE IF YOU REALLY WANT TO EAT BECAUSE THEY NEVER HAVE ANY FOOD...EVER.

More than once I have gotten an attitude when ordering. The lady who answers the phone is rude and nasty to customers and this has happened several times. The food is decent but the new owners raised the prices, got rid of the good specials. Also they took the specials off of the website so you have to call everyday and ask. Not a good process for a group who has 5 people ordering and they all want to know the specials. Very inconvenient which results in the customer and the employee being annoyed which makes people not order. I will no longer be giving them my business since the attitudes keep coming up.

Nice enough staff and the wait was minimal but they were out of my original request and the burger ordered instead had NO flavor! When I inquired about their desserts, I was brought a menu that simply stated "Ask your server about todays dessert". She disappeared so we decided against dessert after waiting for 10 mins. Had to sort out the check because it had both of my orders instead of only the burger. Will not be returning, sorry. Was hopeful but unimpressed.

Bad service, only one waitress is working and trying hard but the managers still come out and complain and yell which ruins my meal. There is no respect given to the customers (us) and they always have a negative attitude towards everyone. They also trick the employees to make them look bad. Its such a horrible restaurant with no responsibility that it shouldnt even be called a restaurant anymore.

I have ordered food here two times, Both times they have served my food incorrect. As well as I ordered something as simple as a burger wrap, The wrap was cold, Onions were cold & the meat was hot.. :( I was hoping for a better out come this time. Price is high for the service and food. Guess I am ordering the wrong stuff to have a good review.
