I came here during our lunch break between All-State Middle School Band rehearsals. It was in a convenient location, right across from the hotel in which we were practicing. We walked in, expecting to grab a quick meal with some time to spare before the rehearsal. Nope. There was a long line of people, but that was to be expected since there were a lot of other people from the FMEA conference on their lunch break. However, the line moved extremely slowly, and we had to wait perhaps fifteen minutes before we even placed our order. When we actually placed our order, it became even more disappointing. They said they were out of fruit (which was one of the main items on the menu), water bottles, etc. They were very unprepared. After placing our order, We waited about 30 to 40 minutes while they made other peoples sandwiches before they finally got to ours. Waiting in line to get our sandwiches, I noticed the employees messing up parts of orders and even throwing a couple of messed-up orders out. They asked people what they wanted despite having orders right in front of them. It was total chaos in there, and I was in the middle of it freaking out because I had fifteen minutes until I needed to be back in my seat and my lunch hadnt been made yet. Finally, they got our orders to us. The sandwiches were decent, but not worth all the stress they put me through. I had to scarf mine down in five minutes (not exadurating) and run into the hotel to get my spot. I was still a couple of minutes late. I will not be eating here again.

I agree the new bowls are smaller and flimsy. Also seems to be more emphasis on the lettuce. The First Lady wanted to give me more chicken then it was a struggle to get more than the initial three small sprigs of broccoli. Over the past year I have noticed the changes as well. Update: Much better now. Ive been here twice in the past week and containers are larger again and items are fresh and well proportioned.

This place is basically a Ruby-Tuesday Salad bar, with less ingredients. I go practically twice a week just because its an easy way to get a salad and feel healthy. But thats the only reason. Every time I go there I feel like Im burdening the staff with my desire to give them my money in exchange for food. Especially if they are busy talking to each other. Theyll get to you when theyre ready.

I used to love this place. They recently got rid of their bowls for the salads and now have flimsy plastic take out containers. Plus, there is less food in the new containers. I cant eat from it. I am making a mess all over my desk and I cant mix in the dressing with this set up. This does not work period. I wish I had gone to Fresh instead. Such a waste of money for this mess I got.

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE!!! They have a nice assortment for your salads, well worth the money. You cant get a salad like the ones they have here at the price they sell them for anywhere else.

I had a few salads over the week. Always good ones. Sometimes service is fast, sometimes you get a smile back. Sometimes they have all the ingredients for you to select from.
