I absolutely love middle eastern food..especially lebanese cuisine..i grew up eating it. I must say this place is pretty good. I give it 4 stars on taste. But please be careful with omar (short midle aged man at register) he has a.. i DONT GIVE A *UCK attitude. Everytime he takes a phone order he simply leaves you on hold so long that i end up arriving there and still on hold. And this has happened with other ppl i work witj that say tje same thing. Today he over stepped his customer service boundaries (he has none). His arrogance, his demeanor is utterly disgusting. He could care less that you are a customer...A PAYING CUSTOMER. I could always go elsewhere. I complained as nicely & calmy as possible (cause it is my food we are talking about) and he pretty much told me ..what you want me to do?drop EVERYTHING? We had a rush. I said you couldve just simply told me we are very busy Ill take ur order when u come in or acknowledge the call and not just 4get it...he says well, ANYWAY, I cant take ur order now. I said u must be the owner...he says yes one of them..so I said u should be more concerned about your customers feedback, I also have my own establishment and it is very important what my customers think..thats how word gets around. So I made the mistake of saying that he should get 1 extra kibbie with my order for al the troubles and after all these years and fpr putting up with his rudeness. He says oh Im sorry, the owners are the ones that can do that..i of course said, oh now u are not the owner, so who is? Can I talk to him? He was livid. He says what u wanna talk to the owner for? I told him.i have already expressed to u my concern and u clearly dont get it...WELL! He went as far to insult me and said..OH WHAT IS ? YOU JUST WANT SOMETHING FOR FREE? i was like really?is that what u think the subject mattwr is? As much as i come here pay whatever price u ask, when have u seen me ask for something for free? So here comes AMIR...very nice guy, very customer focused and tried to handle the situation...he briefly talks to omar and Omar in a very sarcastic way drops to his knees and OUTLOUD says....WHAT? U WANT ME APOLOGIZE? IM SORRY, SO SORRY ...and shrugs his shoulders... Im just smdh..wish I had my camera on..his disrespect is like I said disgusting for a lack of a better term. Pls keep in mind the only problem in this place is OMAR.....he needs to stay prepping in the back cause he cant handle customers nor does he care to. Deal with Amir or his dad if you can help it...amir rectified the situation and was very apologetic for omars nasty behavior....other than that, the food is good. Now I will enjoy my food..hope this helps you make a decision on eating here or better yet..how to deal with omar.. Im scared he will run ppl away..hes bad for business...and theres nothing worse than bad service...bad service is worse than bad food!!!!

Groupons usually disappoint, but I am glad I got this one. I got the chicken kebobs and a beef kebob with rice, garlic sauce, and pita. First of all, the staff are very friendly. The girl at the register answered all my questions happily. The chicken was amazing. It was /exactly/ what I wanted. Extremely flavorful, very juicy, nicely grilled. Really just perfect. Reading another review I saw the rice praised, which made me roll my eyes, but after tasting it all I can say is it is /definitely/ worthy of special mention. I dont know how they made rice that flavorful but its the best rice I have had anywhere, of any kind. The garlic sauce was intense and delicious. The only thing I was meh about was the beef. I wished it had the same intense marinade as the chicken. It was still well cooked. I tend to like really intense flavor so someone else might like it fine. I now wish I had been a little bit more adventurous with my choices as I am sure the other stuff will also be good. 4 stars only because the beef was a little disappointing. I definitely recommend this place to pretty much anyone.

Update (08/23/16): I ordered out once since I last wrote my review, and the food was delicious. We ordered our go-tos: chicken shawarma with rice and lentil soup, and a beef / lamb gyro. Both platters were great. I have upgraded my rating to four stars. One star is still off due to the bad experience when we ate in. Original review: I have been there three times, but ate-in once. The first time, we went with friends and left without ordering, because it was slow on a Saturday night. The second time, I ordered food to go after work, and we really enjoyed it - chicken shawarma, lentil soup and a beef & lamb gyro. The third time I went and ate a late lunch in. The food was still good, but most tables were dirty from previous customers, and they were playing Jerry Springer on TV - LOUD!!! It definitely was not a relaxing lunch. I should have ordered out.

This restaurant had a discrepancy with Groupon and would not honor the Groupon I purchased for them days before I visited the restaurant. I was denied both times I came here. I would have liked a manager to apologize, explain the situation, and give alternative discounts or some time frame for the resolution of their issue or ask for my number to call me when they would be accepting the groupon, but I was just met with a very apologetic employee. I left feeling like it was MY fault for buying the Groupon. I regret purchasing the Groupon for this business, because I wasted my time dragging my family out to the restaurant twice. I feel frustrated because it is not in the terms and conditions that they can deny the Groupon. When I receive my money back, I do not plan to visit the restaurant.

We visited last night and were really pleasantly surprised. The food was delicious, great quality. I cant remember the names of what we got but there was chicken and beef from kebabs and the meat was just melty it was so good. The rice was awesome. Salads were awesome. Hummus was super garlicky which is exactly how we like it so all in all, no complaints there. The whole place was clean, laid back and inviting. Its no frills but the lighting is really awesome. Id love to have their lights! Staff was super friendly, too. We will definitely be eating here again and the best part about this visit is that we found out they deliver!

This place is so unassuming from the outside but probably the most delicious Mediterranean food Ive ever had at a fast-casual spot. The staff was so friendly and even let me try the hummus on the house when I expressed my long-held dislike for hummus. I normally dont like the stuff but could eat a whole bowl of it here. Its so fresh and delicious!! I had the chicken shawarma and my boyfriend had he beef and lamb gyro. Both were flavored so well and delicious. Spices were just right and the homemade garlic sauce was the best. I had such a great lunch experience and will DEFINITELY come back!!
