The food was the only good thing about this place. We arrived at around 11:30 and there were probably only 5 tables total. It took our waitress 10 minutes to come over and give us menus and then another 10 minutes to get us drinks and take our food order. All of the waitresses seemed a little irritated, none of them were really smiling or in a cheerful mood. Neither of us received refills on our drink. I even watched a waitress take 10 minutes to fill another customers drink order after they gave her the wrong one. The food is not even worth coming back here for, you can go somewhere else and pay the same and receive better service. The cook should not have to come up and cash us out because the waitresses are not paying attention to the register. I dont think we will come back here again.

Terrible. I went in for breakfast and sat at the counter. I ordered the pancake, eggs, and bacon special. It took over 20 minutes to get my food. The scrambled eggs were still liquid in the center, the bacon was paper-thin, and the pancakes were rubbery and had a strange taste to them. Since I was sitting at the counter I could see a little into the kitchen and the cook was doing one table order at a time from start to finish before starting the next one. The waitress never asked him how long and never refilled my empty glass. She also showed no sense of urgency about her job. Having worked in restaurants both in the front and back of the house, I know both are unacceptable. If you have to go there, go in with low expectations to begin with.

Excellent breakfast! Ordered the steak and eggs, medium rare and over easy. Steak was perfect and the yolks were just a little runny, exactly as requested. The french toast was scrumptious, and the bacon was crisp and meaty. Not only was the food delicious, but the staff was responsive and friendly. The interior was cozier than most diners, and very clean; the tables were smooth, not sticky. Highly recommended.

We were looking for a local restaurant to eat a late breakfast and/or early lunch. We found the ranch house on line. The staff was friendly and the food was good. My wife forgot to order her sandwich without peppers. They fixed her order without any hesitation or complaining. If you are looking for a local restaurant instead of a chain that has friendly people and good food try the ranch house.

My husband and I had breakfast there today. We were both unhappy with everything. The waitress didnt check on us except for one time but that was as she was walking away not looking at us, I was waiting for a refill for 10 mins, the food tasted like butter and grease. We will def not be coming back.

Food is average, just make sure you have a lot of time to waste, service is extra SLOW. They could be a great breakfast place but they have no hurry to be. Steak and eggs terrible! Meat skillet was salty..... My son remind me why we dont come here.......

Very good food, a typical Northern greasy spoon down here in Tampa! Decor is ancient, "butter" is spread, quesadillas are very, very good.... I would come back just for those. Chef also knows how to (successfully) cook eggs over easy.

They have a huge menu of various breakfast, Brunch, and lunch items. Every dish comes with a variety of flavors! Service is very good and the friendly staff makes it easier to choose your order! A must try breakfast place!

Good food , the place is clean on inside. Tables and seats not sticky. No dust on ceiling fan or in widow. Good price for what you get. It looks dirty on the outside. But i was glad I went in. Friendly service too.
