This was our fist time eating at a Huddle House but it will not be our last. The inside looked was so sparkling clean it looked new. The cook and waitress both greeted us as soon as we walked in and even though there were no other customers at the time both were cleaning and wiping down everything. they were very polite and made sure our order was perfect and right without a long wait. They worked very well as a team without all the yelling back and forth you usually hear in a restaurant. The ribeye was cooked perfect and the salad was amazing with a large baked potato it felt like eating at grandmas. I would defiantly recommend you stop here if you are ever in this area I know I will the next time I am on my way to the mountains.

Im beyond annoyed!!! Its no reason why I sat on the phone to order food for my family to hear at the END of the order "you cant order over $20" thats the most stupid thing Ive ever heard in my life. Im 8months pregnant and my fiancé has back problems. The whole reason were ordering over the phone is to pick it up. Instead of sitting in a hot car for close to an hour or sitting in a restaurant. Watching other people eat while Im waiting to grab my food to go eat with my family at home. Whats the point of taking orders over the phone? And if so dont you think that you should Inform customers of that when you ANSWER. Instead of a customer telling you their whole order for you to say "you have to come in and order." Ridiculous

We came into the restaurant around 1am we were the only customers we noticed two employees in the restaurant a young lady who greeted us and a older gentleman sitting at the back booth we placed our orders. After 20 minutes of waiting the gentleman sitting st the back booth finally got up and stepped behind the counter. "Go figure" he was the cook and then we waited another 30 minutes to receive our food. More customers walked in and waited for service after 20 minutes of waiting without food they left. Food tasted OK but cook was awful we could hear the waitress tell him people were waiting and he said oh well they should have scheduled more workers

Went to huddle house for lunch on 9/14/2017 got my drinks. Tried it again after being ignored the last time I was there. The waiter took other peoples orderers that came in after me and my guest, he walked by us and turned his head. They were not busy. They do not have to worry about my business he claimed it was a mix up. Wow! Only in Asheville!

Staff is so friendly and always help each other out when busy... And its always busy... Good food, special requests are happily accommodated, prices are affordable, and they support local schools by participating in the school checks programs. They make you feel very comfortable there and take good care of you and your family.

The food here is delicious! Never find any "foreign matter " in my food. You know exactly what youre getting if you are a frequent flyer as we have become.! The servers are always super nice and the restaurant itself is always tidy and clean!

Terrible service the woman there got almost everything on our order wrong. The bathrooms was full of poop everywhere and the woman refused to take off an extra Pepsi that we did not order. Needless to say, we will never go back again
